Love the energy & music of this band. I grew up outside Lexington, Ky & used to go to shows like this in Cincinnati & Louisville when I was in high school. I miss those days & my Old Kentucky Home. I now live in Southern Nevada & play this band all the time in my classroom for my current high school students :)

So tight and well rehearsed, and they write killer fucking jams. Every musician I play with always give big ups to these boys! Keep fucking do what you guys are doing! There's people on these comments talking about "this riff defined hardcore" and I'm knee here like- I already heard that riff fuckin 20-25 years ago man it's nothing new you just don't the roots. There's bands that even came before the knee I listed doing riffs like this too.

There’s quite a number of bands helping bring it back and knocked loose is at the front of that. You could pick these guys up and drop them off in ’96 and no one would be any the wiser. That 1st gen metalcore sound was so unique and it’s refreshing to hear it getting back to the roots, so to speak

There's always been great bands but I agree there was a point where especially in the punkier side of things not enough good bands were getting the respect they deserved. Deathcore wasn't as fun anymore and you had too many proggy nerds in the metal world alongside some very unoriginal 80s ripoffs. But I dunno something changed around halfway through the 2010s. Maybe bands were finally figuring out how to use the Internet effectively. Maybe people started working collectively to build their scenes instead of flailing around individually waiting to magically get popular. Maybe the scene as a whole got less bigoted cause I certainly remember an accepted level of homophobia up until the 2010s (it certainly kept me in the closet for a while) and we're still trying to work on getting rid of the transphobia. It's probably a little bit of all these things bubbling under the surface until it finally came together. In any case it definitely feels like the spirit of 90s metallic hardcore and turn of the century metalcore is back with a modern twist that keeps it fresh and interesting. So we have the best of both worlds now. Cherish and share it while it lasts.

I was supposed to see them at January 25 last year, but a volcano erupted in my country, so they had to cancel their show. I love watching these videos so I feel even more what I've missed.
They’re currently on tour in the US with Kharma, Magnitude, and Gatecreeper. If the tour goes through your are and isn’t already sold out you should totally go check it out and enjoy a great night. Regardless, those are all great bands to check out anyhow. Cheers
