Everyone here talking about PSI Magnet absorbing explosives. Honestly, that makes sense given the explosion itself is energy based. Plus it was like that in the last game, too. I'm more surprised they can absorb Diddy's Barrel and Villager's Gyroid. Especially Diddy's Barrel. I guess Ness and Lucas can now take vengeance on someone for all the gimped recoveries by messing up their projectile Up B. Still have no clue how those moves are "energy based" though. It wasn't like that in the previous installment either.

Ryu actually has a Hadoken that is in-between his standard B Hadoken and the Shakunetsu Hadoken. You can tell Ken did this successfully if you hear Ryu yell "Hadoken!" louder than normal.

Mii Gunner’s is based off of Ness’s, which can only absorb weaker projectiles and explosives, so Mii Gunner can’t absorb all of these (I am sure).

Normal Person the logic is that is a blade made of water, so, just like Lucas/Ness can't absorb Link's arrows, he can't absorb Water Shuriken

When Charizard hits a wall with Flare Blitz, it can be absorbed.
If the explosion from Villager's Lloid rocket can be absorbed, why not set something up to see if Isabelle's Lloid Mines are the same?
