Thank you so much for this, Bridget. I just found out I'm pregnant (trying for over year and succeeded less than two months after my husband and I finally moved out of a busy city to a small town by the water on the other side of the country) yesterday. It is now my mission to get a hold on any anxiety I have and tension I carry. I will happily return to this multiple times.
Really great meditation even if you are a male like me. I’m knowledgeable of how powerful pregnancy is though and it gives another dimension to the meditation. Thank you very much
Thank you for sharing! Do you have any advice for women who go through a precipitous labor? My first was 2.5 hours long with 15 or so minutes of active pushing. Third push and she was out. I prepared ahead of time for labor, but no one prepared me for that. I had a bit of PTSD after because of it. Now I am just in my third tri with my second and I have heard from many that each labor tends (not always, but tends) to be half the time as the first. That's only 1 hour and 15 minutes! Would you still suggest Raspberry leaf tea, dates, and nettle tea?

Have you found your answer to your question? How did the birth go?
Hope all went well with you and baby!
Thank you
Good meditation, but I wish the ending wasn't so abrupt. The next video begins playing while I'm in a meditative state and it is rather jarring.
just turn autoplay off :)
