    I cannot thank you enough for this! I’m currently 35 weeks with #2 and have been experiencing more anxiety, high pulse, and heart palpitations on and off. This meditation is the most soothing and stress relieving I’ve come across on YT. As soon as I start listening, I can feel my whole body relax and heart rate decrease. My blood pressure readings are perfect while listening and afterwards. God bless you! 💕

    Im 36 weeks and starting to get more anxious. I shed some tears realizing I will finally meet my baby and that if she could talk to me she would say Im doing ok. Thank you for this.

    Thank you so much for your meditation videos. This one really helped me. I’m currently 11weeks pregnant with my first baby and it’s been challenging. I’m dealing with unknown health issues, and being pregnant makes the anxiety that much worse. It was wonderful to drift off for a few moments and find peace in the chaos.

    Can't thank you for these videos enough. I had planned an unmedicated birth but am having an induction currently and was really scared. These meditation videos helped me relax and mentally prepare for my baby to come

    Need to stay calm. Negative thoughts out of my head. If he is going to disappear so will I. Don't want to be without him. Can't imagine my life without my neighbor. Can't be without him. Don't want to find out. Why am I wanting to cry. 😔 Hold it together.

    My anxiety is so high, 25 weeks pregnant now and baby is pushing up. It’s so hard to breathe which is making my anxiety far worse!
    Does anyone have any tips on how to get baby to start to move down and and advice on best sleeping position for optimal breathing? ❤ please help !

      I recognize this from when I was between 28 and 33 weeks pregnant (now 37 weeks). For the anxiety it helped to talk with my midwife about any fears or worries, do meditations, and movement also helped (simple exercises suitable for pregnancy). For me it helped a lot to breath better when the baby turned; once she was laying with her head down, it became much better! Also sleeping on my left side was the most comfortable.
      I hope you are feeling better and good luck with the last part of the pregnancy! :-)
