This is a guided meditation for pregnancy that will help you to connect with your baby during your pregnancy.
Find yourself a quiet space where you can relax, then close your eyes and listen to this hypnosis meditation for induction.
Obviously labour will only start if your baby is ready to be born but if you feel that everything is ready to go then this might be the one thing that your body and mind were waiting for.

Literally helped me so much. I was a VBAC candidate dilated only to a 5, 8 hours later. I was panicking and this calmed me down and helped me naturally deliver my baby two hours later. Even with the ads it was relaxing and honestly it was easy to find and free when I needed something easy and fast. Thanks for posting.

Ladies it’s not the channel’s fault there are annoying ads. She has no control over that. If you want no ads you have to pay UA-cam for that, or pay the creator for the recording.

@Better Birth Stories - Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Classes yes you can optimise ad settings to have them put at the start or end. I listen to hundreds of meditation videos and ads should never feature in the middle of a session. Due for my induction tomorrow with baby no5 and found your content relaxing. Thank you x

I think the ads issue comes about because I am not monetised on UA-cam so don’t yet control where they place ads. I’ll have a proper look later though and see what I can change.

You can also pay to have all ads removed.
If you’re using this meditation in preparation for or during labor, it may totally be worth using a trial of UA-cam Premium to avoid the ads! You can always cancel once your beautiful babe is born 😊

I love this meditation. But the adds were very distracting and in absolutely the wrong moment.
Oh Sarah, they absolutely are. I'm afraid that my channel is not monetized so I currently have no control over where UA-cam places its advertising. The ads are ruining this meditation. Mid-roll ads during meditation or relaxing music is so annoying and disturbing.

Listened to this twice (afternoon and evening before bed)...I went into labor at 3:45am!! I didn't believe this stuff and tried everything else. I really think this helped put my body in a relaxed state to allow natural labor to happen (40+4)

Played this for my girlfriend as a joke right before bed. At 5 am she started having contractions and I took her to the hospital. Now I’m having a Gemini baby which I didn’t want 😢

Yep, UA-cam are very annoying indeed. But as someone else has stated you can sign up for Premium and go advert free, or you can follow the link in the text or pinned link and buy the recording pack and support a small business. So thumbs up to that at least. x

It’s maddening, but I’m not monetised with UA-cam so they can stuff their ads wherever they fancy. So annoying! I’ll be publishing this track onto a Hypnobirthing Meditations pack over the next couple of weeks though and will post the link here.
Ohhhh why oh why do you have to include the word FEAR in this?! It was the most perfect meditation and then FEAR pops up and that’s all I can think about even though I’m not feeling fearful of giving birth at all…..
Hi @leafside, sorry for such a slow response. I didn't get a note that you had commented. The lines you are highlighting are 'we are safe and you are loved.. We let go of fear, stress and worry'. There are of course many reasons why labour has not yet started, the baby might not yet be ready to be born, our body might not yet be ready for labour and our mind may be carrying too much fear to allow the process to start. Clearly, this recording works with the latter. This is the only mention of fear in the recording but it is there to acknowledge that we may have fear but we can work each day to breathe it out and connect with our body and our baby. Clearly it is very normal to feel some sense of nervousness as we near the birth, we are humans not game show hosts! but fear tends to cloud our judgement and muddy the waters of the restful waiting of the last weeks of pregnancy. I do hope that you get to give this recording another go. If the word fear triggers you this much.. I would go deeper into that feeling. As some who genuinely wants you to experience a beautiful birth experience I want to bring this up for you. Sometimes we think we aren’t scared when really there is work to be done.. your subconscious needs to be convinced there isn’t fear. But honestly.. birth can be fearful. It’s okay to hold space for that. That doesn’t necessarily mean you need to be deep in that fear.. just hold space for the unknown and the fear. And then push through anyway because your body is strong and capable.

Did anyone else get a headache while listening to this?
Hi there, hypnosis shouldn't give you a headache, however, dehydration certainly will, so that is something to look into. Hopefully it will happen just the one time but if you are regularly getting headaches it will certainly be worthwhile having a chat to your midwife. Melanie x

Ugh ads snapped me right out of this. I wish I’d read the comments 😢😮 they obviously just want the money from ads and don’t care about providing people with something useful - haven’t had an issue with other more popular meditations on UA-cam
