I’m so glad you found it useful! I agree, it’s really tricky to find a good pattern for a chunky cozy. I also spent a lot of time searching but then managed to work it out myself 😊
I have learned to watch the entire video before I spend hours of my time crocheting something. I’m a beginner and you’ve done a great job explaining the process for the cup cozy in this tutorial. Thank you! I plan on making some for my home and probably for gifts at Christmastime as well!
absolutely love this simple pattern! It's perfect for chunky yarns! I just made 3 of these in a day and will be giving them as christmas gifts for my friends ❤
I’ve made 8 cup cozies and a matching coaster for my friends, who were my coworkers. We meet for each birthday and have lunch. I always crochet them something for Christmas, to celebrate my birthday in November! Thank you for this easy pattern.
Thank you for this wonderful pattern. It's a gift for my coffee loving friend whose favorite color is purple. Thank you for the flexibility to adapt to different cups. I wound up using a #3 variegated Mandela yarn that needed not only a few more chains but more rows as well. It turned out beautifully and fits perfectly.
Hey there! Just want to say first that I loved your tutorial! Your voice is lovely, and you explain everything slowly, which is so helpful. I found your video super easy to follow, and I’ll be watching more for sure.
Hello, my daughter and I had so much fun making one watching your video and we were wondering if you can make a tutorial of how to make a rainbow color cup cozy? Thank you 😊
Thanks for your comment! I’m so glad your daughter enjoyed making her cozy! I’ll add a rainbow cozy to the list of videos I plan to make and show how to change colours ☺️
I am brand new at crocheting. I have been trying to do this pattern for a month now. Everytime I try it, it's bigger on the top than on the bottom. I have researched it and I changed my tension. That wasn't the problem. Another person said that it could be that I'm putting the hook in the wrong single crotchet when I'm closing the circle. I've tried that as well. Please help me.
I've searched for this for 7 years! No one ever wanted to share this tutorial with me. Thank you!

My first cozy wasn’t perfect but keeping it because it’s my first. I will keep practicing. Enjoyed your instructions. Thanks.
So early to follow. Thank you!

@@theenchantedcozyco6980 I hope you post that video soon! I really want to know how to change colors :)
I learned that stitch is a single crochet. Double has 3 hoops in the hook and u pull through all loops
It depends if it is a Uk or US pattern. A US single crochet is a UK double crochet 👍
Love this pattern, super easy to follow. Will adding a extra row effect it at all? I want to make one to cover slightly more of the cup.
I’m so glad you found it easy to follow. An extra row shouldn’t effect the pattern, it should just make it taller ☺️
@@theenchantedcozyco6980 perfect - just wanted to check. Thank you for the reply x
Can you please show how to do a seamless multi color cozy?
When I get some time to film, it’s definitely on my list!

Is your starbucks cup a tall? I’d like to make one for a friend but she only drinks the tall size
This is the best tutorial I've found! Thank you so much! What is the weight of yarn that you used?
I’m so glad you’ve found it useful ☺️ it’s a chunky weight yarn
@@theenchantedcozyco6980 Still pretty new to crocheting, so would that be equivalent to a size 5 US weight?
@@victoriajones3250 I think so, yes. It seems it’s called bulky in the US. Wish they’d just standardise it all - it would be so much easier 😉
@@theenchantedcozyco6980YES! Especially for a newbie!! 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😂
I hope you found this tutorial useful! Let me know below what colour you choose to make this cozy in :)
I will make one in a light brown
What brand of yarn did you use?
I use Paintbox chunky yarn 😊
Can I print the pattern?
I don’t have a supporting blog post for it yet but will try to get one written up when I have some time ☺️
Is that a British thing, working it inside out?

? B. Noches algien q. Able español en algún tu torial para este tejido algien

That's a single crochet double crochet is when u yarn over
UK terms differ from American crochet terms ☺️
@@theenchantedcozyco6980 then why not just say that in the video instead of confusing people.?
She did say it at the 5 minute mark
@@stephgray1229 should've said it to begin with instead of waiting 5 minutes to say anything. Instead it's confusing
@@KhalsiWlf_At least she said it
