I have one in black. Fully kitted just like his. But with black 16” inch steelers and rock sliders. I even have a Cobra CB radio. I even use it to tow my motorcycles to the track. I use my ARB awning for shade during paddock breaks. Everyone asks me about it and even get asked if I’ll sell it. Best part for me is the aluminum block, just like the aluminum block on my DOHC 4.6 SVT Cobra, that was made in England. Cheers! 🐍
Currently looking to buy a td5 to travel with it and I like this guy's mindset. Similarly, there's always been land rovers in my family so I'm fulfilling my childhood dream of owning one myself!
I like the economic mindset he has! I also like the open diff/locking transfer case/traction control combination. I've never really thought about that before but it really makes sense!

Nice Disco. Very popular down here in N.Z. Owned a 2002 D2 with TD5 engine for quite a while and great truck. Super capable and super comfy ride. Love all the second hand parts, great value :) You can actually but these exact trucks with V8 engine in N.Z for as little as 2k! Diesel engine option z bit dearer. Amazing value for money.
