I played experiment C for my first game, had no clue what I was doing. I found D to be much more straightforward for my first play with it, but now I'm curious to play C again.
@@UpUrPlay C makes sense as well, not gonna lie, but realizing on my first game that I should go for an early level 3 tech... yeah, that was a bit much to expect. :)
Hey thanks for the video ! From our experience, C seems overpowered with the Australia expansion. Reason being that C is probably the experiment that places rails the least, and the boats from Australia makes network easier without lot of rails. Do you agree with that ?
@@OriS-16 I haven't played with Australia myself, there's plenty to explore in the base game. That said, good players I spoke with told me how rails are even worse in Australia, which probably means D becomes terrible and C and A get bumped

After my one time playing Australia as A, that was my impression as well. Although a lot was going on so I wasn't sure about it.
