I just assumed the geography made raiding Hammerfell not worth it. Especially since the Redguards are natural sailors with a navy that could easily run down the slave ships of the Ember Eye Raiders. Why bother when there’s a bunch of Breton Nobels just to the north who would happily look the other way while the people of a rival lord are enslaved.
Also because enslaving humans and mer would probably piss a lot more people than enslaving the two races that every other country agree that are sub human. (unfortunately)

The two noted bards, Kah'nye of West Hammerfell and Michel Maire of High Rock, commented on the state of the signing of the White-Gold Concordat in 4E 175 during that following edition of the the long running comedy minstrel performances known as Loredas Night Revue after the apparent abandonment of Hammerfell to the elven tyrants. Shocking Michel, Kah'nye stated his now famous commentary: "Titus Mede doesn't care about Redguards."
Also consider that, on top of this, Hammerfell is literally on the other side of Tamriel from Morrowind. That is an awful lot of transportation time, with which the fierce, determined Redgaurds who have no intention of taking enslavement lying down, can pull stunts like this. Probably by the time the slave ship reaches Morrowind, the Redgaurds will have killed all the slavers and crew and taken over the slave ship. Which they would probably promptly use to make vengeful pirate raids on Morrowind's coast for daring to send slavers to kidnap them. Generally speaking, Redgaurds are just not people to f**k with. Even Nords are wary of tangling with them in combat. It's why you rarely, if ever, see an enslaved Redguard.

I think the simplest explanation is that Black Marsh and Elsweyr are much closer, and because Khajits and Argonians are "beast" races is much easier to dehumanize them and justify slavery. But I imagine they don't invade their provinces, especially Black Marsh. They probably scoop up any Argonian or Khajit that ended up in Morrowind.
I bought them all. I thought I could have them follow me as bodyguards. But you can’t do that, you can only free them. So I bought a bunch of people, told them they were worthless and released them. Which must have been a surreal experience for the now freed slaves.

they would, satire films are everywhere, there's just no specific genre of film that needs a massive satirical overhaul via what Blazing Saddles did. it was special because of what it satirized: sanitized, whitewashed, boring western films.
My guess as to why there aren’t redguard slaves is because they will cut you down before you pull out the shackles, same reason why nords aren’t slaves in morrowind as well, the best human warrior races of Tamriel.
This is just too good to be true :D I think they wanted to make a movie out of Elder Scrolls, but Todd did not want to share the rights and here we are. The result is a perfect film fitting the a perfect game. P.S.: I know it was made way before Morrowind, but still :D
You can buy a redguard slave named Davina from the Telvanni. It’s surprising Bethesda didn’t get any flak for it but it’s probably because the game is so big that it’s almost forgettable one can even buy slaves in the game. I can imagine if the ability to purchase a redguard slave was in Skyrim the SJWs would be hounding Bethesda
Well during the time of Skyrim there wasn’t slavery in general, plus redguard slaves are honestly rare mainly because they are not the type of folk to push over easy especially when you learn about their history and what they did to the thalmor who tried to come to their home land, same with nord slaves, it’s rare.
I find it amazing how well Blazing Saddles fits in Morrowind
Well, Dark Elves are... I shall say, "allergic" to outsiders of Morrowind.
It’s the racism, I think
Well its based on it
"What did he say?"
"He said the sheriff is Dunmer."

Those RedGuards are a long way from Hammerfell.
Wasn't there actually a redguard slave you could buy to free in Morrowind at that slave house along with nearly every other race being a slave there?
Yes
