I am really intrigued by the Chanel Water Fresh Tint, though -- excited for the video on it. I also totally caved and bought the Fleurs de Printemps. It arrives today and I can't wait to try it. I'd never really used Chanel makeup before discovering your channel, and now their blushes are my favorite. The performance is really next level.
❤️Yes - I know the Chantecaille is over twice the price of this one, but it is such a beautiful one. If I didn't have a channel, I definitely would wait until I completed the Chantecaille before trying anything else 😊And the Chanel Water Fresh Tint is definitely a hero product for me!

I'm dying right now!!!! I really wanted to see your review on this foundation but after binge watching Angela I reallllllllly wanted to see the Chanel le water tint on you. I'm not sure what color to choose with chanel tint. I stay away from neutral shades. I have trouble because I'm a light med better in more golden but sometimes foundations or powders can actually empathize my dark spots . I'm part of the hyperpigmintation cheek club so I immensely vaule your reviews . Can't wait to see different ways you use that tint and if you feel its the perfect shade for you🥰😍🤩
✨Yes - the Chanel Water Fresh Tint 🙌🏼 It is a bit tricky to select a shade on this one. The medium that I have is more on the neutral side - so it might take some consultation with a sales associate to select the correct shade. If you don't have a Chanel contact, let me know, and I can connect you with mine ❤️ I'm with you - certain products make my dark spots look worse too 🤦🏻♀️ I think part of it has to do with everything else looking so even except for the spots which tend to stand out because they take up more real estate.
Wow I was blown away by first the swatches and then the Water Fresh Tint fix. 😯 I hope you can report back on the foundation again come summer when oil and sweat get added to the day, but I have a feeling the color will really be too light by then.

Grace, I bought this foundation and waiting to receive it. It’s so hard to shade match. I purchased the 4N so I’ll let you know how that works out. But even though you think the 3N is too light you are able to make it work with bronzer and blush as opposed if it’s too dark. In the end I think your makeup turned out beautiful!! 😊❤️
🙌🏼 yes. Please let us know about 4N compared to 3W. I’ve tried going a bit deeper with foundation and it just doesn’t work for me - too much of a difference between my forehead and the center of my face. ❤️ Thank you 💕

Good Morning Grace! Question for you, I bought the Evenup pigment SPF that you used to use but I noticed you’re not using it anymore. I can’t say I love it so I’m wondering what SPF you are loving now? I have melasma in the same spots as you.
😊Thank you so much for the question! I do use the Even Up but since we are inside more, I use it mainly when outdoors - like for walks or spending time in the backyard. It works well in lieu of makeup and with a mineral powder sunscreen on top. However, with makeup, I adore the *Chantecaille SPF primer bit.ly/2LcsCrq ❤️

morning, Grace. There are so many great foundations out there, u shouldnt have to work too hard to achieve results that make u happy. U always end up looking lovely, but it stresses me when I have to really work at it especially for prices on high end products. I adore skincare. Ur makeup will only look as good as ur canvas is. And we learn what our skin craves and needs to be at its best!XX

Grace it does look beautiful on your skin but I feel you had to work too hard to make it work! Paying that sort of price you should be able to apply it without having to be so careful. Love the eyeshadow and of course that amazing Chanel blush.🥰💜

I bought this 2 days ago from the Guerlain website. I absolutely hate it, although I have extremely oily skin. It looks like a mask, oxidises very badly and looks cakey and unnatural. You can feel you have a heavy layer of make-up on your face and I find that feeling suffocating for my skin. I feel awful for wasting my money 😒

It's terrible! Absolutely terrible, I have some fine lines, never had issues with pores, my skin is combination, I am 33, just for reference! It creases, it separates on my chin, it forms little dots on my pores! Never had this problem with any of my foundations, not even the cheap drugstore ones! I have tried it with different brushes, beauty blender, moisturizers, primers, even the ones from guerlain, nothing seems to work, so if you really want it, get a sample and wear it for a day!
