I love how Mr. Hands went from an underdeveloped and forgettable fixer in the base game to the coolest and most interesting fixer after Phantom Liberty. The expansion did wonders!
Hands was what I imagined to be a top fixer to be like, and PL provided a nearly perfect portrayal. He's so ineffably cool, with just the right amount of intimidation factor. I always *want* to do well with Hands' gigs.
Ditto @@Aldairion
@@AldairionHe's the only fixer who requires you to meet him in person and he hence has more of a presence compared to the other fixers.
@@cynicalmemester1694 Had to meet Dexter deshawn in person, but we all know where that led 😭
He gives me Dom vibes. I'll let him Dom me any day😩
To be completely fair, the Konpeki heist was foiled by pure bad luck and if Saburo didn't show up it all very well could have gone as planned.
The Konpeki job was a disaster waiting to happen. Even if things went 100% according to plan they'd left so many clues around they'd have been caught in a day, two at most.
The moment Adam Smasher was included in the mix, who was described as NC's Boogeyman, V, Jackie, T-Bug, Evelyn, Judy, and Dex should've immediately ditched anything to do with the Heist.
Except the fact Dex would’ve wiped you anyways, considering how risky this entire heist was in the first place.
Arasaka would’ve tracked us eventually and if Dex got rid of us and Jackie, it’ll put them on a possible cold trail and he’s more likely to get out free.
I mean, if Dex had done his homework beyond just seeing the dollar signs, I doubt the job would have existed. The risk-reward didn't balance out and teeter towards reward. The risk is just monumentally higher than the reward. Plus, you get to live the rest of your life wondering when that Saka ninja is going to kill you.
@@bogatyr2473 Well you don't get hunted down after the ordeal with Takemura and that's after everything went to shit. Also the one reason why I think Dex would not have killed you anyway is because T-bug would still be free to leave and you would be expected to walk in with Jackie, the way Dex does backstab you is pretty much a "Plan B".
This isn't in his defence at all, he's still a terrible fixer because he has no real leverage or skill, not particularly intelligent and not even at least principled in any way.
Wakako and Padre are the best examples for the saying: "Beware of an old man in a profession where men usually die young."
And Rogue
@@louiesatterwhite3885 true
@@louiesatterwhite3885Not really, she didn't survive cause she was ruthless, she survived cause she screwed over and double crossed everyone she ever knew.😊
"There is just something about the older generation of fixers that makes them more ruthless than their younger counterparts". Yes...survivorship bias.
More like: “Beware of an old man in a profession where men usually die young.”
@@Naegling2600no, it doesn't mean they are more skilled they have desensitized themselves to any life that isn't their own, the second you inconvenience them in any way they shit themselves and have you killed
@@Naegling2600 yes, that's exactly what they're saying. you are described being survivorship bias
El Capitan is number 1 in my heart. I love his stupid ass hair cut and he talks just like one of my good friends.
Same for me. If I were to be more objective I'd go with Rogue based off lore in the game.
@@s3eriousbl9ck26 Corpo V thinks el capitan is a corpo spy, takes one to know one I guess.
Same. I can't believe how much that ridiculous haircut grew on me. I can't help but enjoy his missions.
Crazy fact El Capitan and Adam Smasher share the same voice actor (Alec Newman)
yeah he so cool:)
No lie, wish Rogue had more gigs seeing we as V have a connection via Johnny
Feels like V and Johnny should had way more friendly chats in main game during Gigs. They rly developed that in Phantom Liberty.
@@sillylittlesheepjax6009 They have a lot in the base game already. Felt like every other gig johnny had some anecdote or analysis to bring up
Imo, if there’s something I want more from this games, is more gigs. The gigs range from being some incredible short story, to an absolute chore to do
@@MisterCynic18 Ehhh personally I felt like it was a little sparse. Like yeah they have some nice moments but you have to admit they fight like a good 70% of the time even after they had an established "Friendship" It kinda felt like they were just going back and forth with each other. The one mission that comes to mind is that one where they were stalking that woman in a pink dress because their husband thought they were cheating. V kept telling Johnny to basically piss off and yeah I get it you’re following someone obviously you'd want your full attention on the person. But at the same time, V could've easily just said one or two lines and played along. This is a very silly one but when after you kill the Cyberpsycho in a High-End Store. He pretends to talk to the Cop and instead of letting Johnny play along(I know this is a choice I'm talking specifically about how this is a choice) V just shuts him down like I don't know what they could've put in this moment but like I feel like we could've just let him also answer the question with us or take his answers as suggestions. So to summarize Yes Johnny has anecdotes and analysis but at the same time they don't really have any friendly chats.
She says V is infamous in the afterlife and nobody wants to work with them. Rogue also says she gives them gigs she thinks they’d be the best at. Plus she’s the wisest fixer so she probably knows to think with her head first and her heart second.
Mr Hands wasn't just a employee at Petrochem, he was one of the board members of Petrochem. I'm not sure if it was the local NC branch or all of Petrochem. But this guy used to be a really big hotshot in the corpo world.
Dino is also Solomon Reed's employer outside of Dogtown, which might reinforce that he's not a fixer who stands out so much if Reed is using him as part of his cover identity.
Maybe Reed kept a low profile and was able to use Dino to get more street info than he would on his own.
That really makes so much sense. He striked me as someone thats pretty average but a bar tends to have someone talk a bit to much so its good place to gather intel.
Meeting Hands is the only time in the game where I intentionally wear nice gear just to meet him for the first time.
The fact that Mr.Hands can get his 'hands' on the behavioral imprint of the top Cuban assassin says a lot.
I only have one issue with Wakako, and that issue is she is responsible for Evelyn’s death. Fingers mentions telling his fixer (Wakako) about Evelyn’s condition and she arranges for the scavs to take her away
In her defends Eve is pretty much bang up and there's no saving grace for her. Her brain is fried and since it's Night City everything/everyone that has a fried brain is pretty much a waste. She sold her to the Scavs for eddies which was a smart move considered Eve has no used to her. I don't know if she knows that Eve is tied to V but if she does then they are even with the Japantown Map she gave Takemura and V.
@@richardlim767regardless, at least let her have a peaceful end dammit, instead of being nothing more than scav material
@@pasta1549 Peaceful End in Night City? Brother as Johnny says "Wrong City, Wrong People"
I find Wakako to be the fixer with the dodgiest morals. The Evelyn choice was straight up awful especially when relatively little digging would have found the connection to Lizzies/Mox and thus Judy.
Then there's the conversation with Rogue that you overhear when entering her business. This strongly suggests she is more involved with Tyger Claws' day-to-day activities than she initially appears.
In her call after the Olive Branch gig it seems she was well aware of the true nature of the "gift". So as well as helping a Scav do a favour for the Claws, she deliberately mislead V as to the nature of the job.
Plus there's her client involved in a messy divorce who murders his wife. As you can encounter her body *before* the gig, it seems to be a scrambled attempt to keep funds out of her estate rather than depriving his ex of undeserved funds.
Bear in mind Evelyn was effectively comatose by the time she was handed over to Fingers, and had already been abused by Woodman. Wakako probably assumed Evelyn was just some nameless, braindead Jig-Jig Street joytoy and handed her off to someone she knew would buy her, not having a single clue about any personal connections with V.
Regina works for maxtac btw, she provides them with cyber psychos to rehabilitate and join max tac
When you think about it, fixers like Padre and Hands would be around our age
If Displate had a poster of a clean view from Judy's roof it would be on my wall already. One of the most meaningful moments in the game for me.
#9 is definitely the worst. Dexter thought it was a good idea to hire noobs to rob Arasaka in the Kempaki Plaza hotel and wipe his hands clean when things went sideways. From what I know, Dexter got his idea from Evelyn who got her idea from the Voodoo Boys. Evelyn planned to betray Dexter and cut him from the profits. I don’t think it was mentioned what Dex was planning to do with the loot. Voodoo Boys wanted it to use it to communicate to Alt Cunningham to get the Voodoo Boys past the black wall.
Overall, Voodoo Boys were too cautious and it ended up being their downfall (depending on your choice), Evelyn was a fool to mess around with people you know little about, and Dex was just a child sitting at the grownups table.
So, Dex betrayed V and die, Evelyn tried to betray Dex and the VDBs them died and the VDBs betrayed V and also died. Great job guys.
@@Elbaphomet71 More like the VDBs betrayed Evelyn and killed her. Netwatch agent mentions VDBs like to hire people called Ranyons where once their job is complete, VDBs kill them.
Dex betrayed V and ended up getting killed himself, Evelyn attempted to betray Dex but got killed by VDBs, VDBs will also attempt to betray V but play ignorant and depending on the player’s choice, V can get revenge and avenge Evelyn.
His plan almost worked though.
@@Supersteam09 they betrayed each other tbh, there is a e-mail in Mosley's Pc if im not mistaken, with Evelyn trying to sell the relic to Netwatch behind the VDB's backs.
@@Elbaphomet71 Yeah, I think Evelyn was massively overestimating herself thinking she could pretty much betray everyone (Dex and by extension Jackie and V, the VDBs...) and come out on top, somehow. Especially fucking with the VDBs like that was a dangerous and stupid move that cost her.
This is actually a quality topic of discussion, the best fixers, literally, figuratively and morally.
Nice work, Sam
"hands down" mr hands is the best fixer in terms of character.
But when it comes to gigs, i am all out for dino. All of his jobs are like "get in, steal one thing or kill one guy, get out". The jobs are so easy that you can just use one "distract enemies" quickhack and open your way entirely to the main goal, therefore completing it fast and stealthily. Most of his gigs has a stealth bonus, so that means fast and easy 20k per job.
Overall, his jobs can be done really fast and the payout is godly for the start of your playthrough, so dino always will be my first go to fixer whenever i start a new save.
That's got to be one of the smoothest ad transitions I've ever seen
Dexter is even worse than that, if you mention not feeling good about Parker, he'll respond that he did some digging on her that lead to the Voodoo boys who told him to stop searching? Yeah, that's not suspicious at all when you're tackling an already super ambitious heist. He didn't even dig deeper either and still decided to go ahead with the heist... He's the worst not only for betrayal, but because he sucks at doing his job. It's his own fault the heist failed even with the surprise of Saburo and Yorinobu.
A dialogue option you get as Streetkid-V already hints that something is wrong with the story of Dexter Deshawn the top fixer. The annoying thing is that V still decidedes to continue the job while an involvement of the VDBs should be the final red flag for a person that lived nearly their whole life in NC and knows much about the local crime scene.
Even if Saburo wouldn't have appeared that heist was doomed to go wrong.
@@reptiloidmitglied2930
To me its even more insanse for V to do it If you have the corpo background.
The corpo intro is literally about how V gets offered a job to go against an superior that they feel like they have to do, but it backfires before V even managed to do anything.
V should know how Arasaka is, and If even just planning to do smth against some medium sized fish at Arasaka gets foiled instantly, before V can even attempt to do it, how screwed are you when you try to steal smth from Yorinobu Arasaka, who in turn stole it from Saburo Arasaka himself? An experimental tech that is never meant to be released to the public? This shit is so hot that even If they somehow we're able to get it who would actually be dumb enough to buy it from them?
Thats like If the pentagon and the white house were one building and you tried to Break in there to steal nuclear launch codes or smth while being some street thug. It makes no sense.
@@tobiasbayer4866 Yeah, Corpo-V is also kind of insane. When you meet Evelyn Parker for the first time they can throw in so much knowledge that hints how bad that idea is and the only reason why you go on with it is because there is no option to ditch that heist and you want the lockdown of Watson lifted to do sidequests 😄
@@reptiloidmitglied2930
Not just Evelyn. When you talk to Jackie about Dex you get the option to say that fixers are just people that find the biggest, cheapest idiot for a job and then dispose of them afterwards.
And when talking to Dex you get the option to say that going against Arasaka is basically suicide.
There are so many red flags the more you learn about the job and the only thing anyone ever says is "dont worry we wont get caught lol".
Very reassuring...
Honestly, the sole point that Adam Smasher is anywhere near that place we are supposed to rob would be enough reason for me to not attempt it.
Could be kind of fun to compile a list with every single red flag, would probably be like 15+ bullet points long.
I gotta say, Mr. Hands in phantom liberty was about the only fixer i focused on getting perfect results for, and you just summed up exactly why 😁
Hands down has to be Mr. Hands for me. No pun intended 😂
Glad to see we agree
@@dontusethisaccounttowatchp9635I'm glad you're agreeing with yourself. I'll agree as well.
I've been waiting for this. A definitive ranking of fixers. May the odds be in the hands of Hands.
I love him as a fixer so much - upfront, gives relevant info, and doesn't get pissed you didn't meet some unspoken standard (talking about you, Rogue)
I’ve got such a soft spot for El Cap. Especially after his quest for PL
I had a lot of fun doing Mr Hands gigs...good stuff!
Doing Regina's gigs pre hiest really gave me the opportunity to build V up alittle bit before heading into Act 2
Padre is my favorite, I get mobster vibes from him, and he seems realistically written.
Regina is by far my favorite but I hate how petty that one mission where theres a tiger claw running a pachinko parlor near her and she wants you to kill her. She's genuinely surprised you didn't just kill her straight away but she's not really doing anything wrong or dangerous. She could just find somewhere else to put the machines and be fine
For V, it's Mr.Hands. *But in general, it's Rogue t #1.*
Rogue has facilitated no less than 3x break-ins of Arasaka Tower: 1) to try and save Alt, 2) to set off the nuke, 3) to help V in Johnny's ending and has no problem getting her hands dirty.
Meanwhile, as smart and conniving as Mr.Hands is, he depends _a lot more_ on V to expand his influence in Dogtown.
Mr.Hands is a big fish in a medium sized pond... if said pond was full of hungry sharks and saltwater crocodiles, but Rogue is the Blue Whale. You don't get called the "Queen of Night city" lightly.
Also, the Konpeki Plaza heist ONLY failed due to the _completely unexpected and unscheduled_ arrival of Saburo. I wouldn't expect any other fixer to think twice about killing us to get Arasaka off their back. Placing Dexter last based on an event that literally nobody could have predicted is something I don't agree with. *Imo, Dex > Dino at worst.*
Take your Mama Rouge to the movie theater ,Choom
Completely, Rogue is quite literally called "The biggest fixer in NC", she constantly fucks with the biggest companies and gangs in the Cbpk universe and still no one dares to go after her or the Afterlife.
Mr Hands Is just a very charming guy who's basically the only big fixer in Dogtown that isn't related to Barghest, a position that gives him plenty of room to grow and excel influence without doing the crazy stuff Rogue does or has done before.
well said
Rogue tends to mess with her mercs too much no? Why she had to do Panams like that with the Raffen Shivs?
@@maskedman5657 Use your head and think about it
Even though Hands had some of the smaller amount of gigs, hes my favorite out of them all. Out of all the other fixers he felt like the only one who was actually well connected and knowledgeable with the fixer life. The whole pretending to be Aguilar gig in its own showed how professional Hands is.
Omg those cyberpunk displates are beautiful. Great video btw. Love the fixers in this game.

Sam another great video 👍👍
Love your videos! Can you do a vid on underwater secrets? I wanna make sure I don't miss anything 😅.
I mean, to be fair to Dex, the heist went south not because both Jackie and V were inexperienced but because the heist went south with Saburo Arasaka being done in by his own son which was not in anyone's playbook at that point of time. No one knew Saburo would appear and no one expected him to be offed in the process of that.
What people don't understand is that the Tyger Claws are not just Yakuza-like, they're actually a mix of both Triad AND Yakuza being rolled into one gang.
Night City is being set in California and in California alone, there's a huge Chinese, Japanese and Korean population thus when the Tyger Claw set stone in NC, it became a hotbed for Japanese and Chinese gangbangers to join the ranks thus if you look at the structures of Tyger Claw, it's more towards the Triad organizational structures but when it comes down to how they conduct business, it's more of the Yakuza ways.
Also, the netrunner that Wakako vouches for and wants you to find is a parody of "Chan Ho-nam", the legend triad boss of Causeway Bay and the protagonist of the "Young and Dangerous" series that talks about Triad warfare in Hong Kong.
Regina: She does have the most screentime out of the bunch, but she's one of the more fair and honest fixers. I really like how she's willing to try and make NC a better place by exposing the truth, and legitimately wants to find treatment for cyberpsychosis. I'd work for her.
Dex: Traitor. He always prefers to take the easy way out and leave everyone else in the dust (V, Rhino and T-Bug). He always talks about honesty, but is just a massive liar. Vik was 100% right about Dex. And yet, he's not even the most detestable fixer as that honour goes to...
Wakako: Finding out she's the one to sell Evelyn off to the Scavs after Fingers puts her on the same level as Woodman, Joanne and Jotaro. I get a visceral reaction whenever interacting with her, Dex may be a coward, but Wakako is straight-up evil. Her gigs are alright though.
Muamar: Like Regina, he's one of the more honest fixers, genuinely caring for his people and wanting to make his community better (his reaction in the Family Matters gig is bittersweet). That said, he has the worst fashion sense; a bowl-cut mullet with trousers like that??!! I wouldn't work for him based on the fact I'd laugh too much about what he's wearing.
Mr Hands: From the bits I've seen from Phantom Liberty, he's probably the best fixer. He's not as morally good like Regina or Muamar, but I love his professionalism, but also how he's willing to step in for V if things get tough. On my last-gen version tho, he's nothing special.
Dakota: Easily he most likeable fixer, her voice and way of words is so soothing. And I love her endearment for her community, but that's to be expected from a Nomad. Probably has the best and most varied gigs on-average too, any gig that makes me go after Wraiths is good enough for me.
Padre: He may be a hypocrite and may be extremely dishonest but man, his charisma is so good. I could listen to his poetic way of speaking all day. I love his relationship with (Street Kid) V, and he's probably tied with Dakota with having the best gigs in the game.
Dino: Definitely the funniest fixer, but not exactly a good person, preferring to work alongside corpos despite having a rockerboy aesthetic. Still, any guy that makes me go after someone as evil as Joanne places Dino pretty high on being likable.
Rogue: Separating my thoughts on her as a character since they're separate from her fixer position, I actually respect her pragmatism in order to get to where she is. Her gigs are alright, thought they would've had more variety considering they're supposed to be 'elite' jobs.
On a scale of being most likeable and the most likely for me to work for:
Dakota
Regina
Muamar
Mr Hands
Rogue
Dino
Padre
Dex
Wakako
Best Gigs on-average (from a PS4 perspective):

Regina
Muamar

Disappointed at Kirk Sawyer not being included. Best Fixer for sure. That bootleg Samurai merchandise was a big score!
I absolutely love your videos, you're definitely my favourite Cyberpunk 2077 UA-cam creator.
Just a heads up though, around 7:30/7:45, you say Mikoshi instead of Kiroshi in regards to Wakako quitting her job haha!.
Lmao I get those mixed up too! 😂
I just want to say that your breakdown of why Dexter hired V and Jackie blow my mind because it put so many things in place and now so much makes sense!
Also let me add I'm amazed at how young both V and Jackie are! Because of the way they look I thought they were both in their late 30s not their early 20s. But now Jackie's behavior makes more sense. I would have never looked up their ages if you would not had said what you did about why Dex hired them... Great video.
Honestly, Hands was on his way to be my #1 too but his behavior in the side quest in which we choose the successor of Dogtown really put me off. There was no way he didn't know the fact that Bennet was an Arasaka puppet, he's also the only fixer who has multiple gigs from corpos, he's definetely a corpo rat.
Hmm I might have to get some of those metal drawing things. First time an add actually caught my attention lol
I like Mr. Hands, he feels like a fixer that isn't going to just take advantage of you or screw you over, and is honest with what he wants you to do and the reason behind it.
Great video Sam! I’m still waiting for CDPR to release a print of all the fixers chilling in the Afterlife together.
Pls make a video about the corporate wars i love watching your videos while im studying or just chilling

el capitan ... calls you... : I am all about BIZ, dont talk to me about anything but BIZ..
Two gigs later : I DONT CARE ABOUT BIZ !!!
One thing that I think would make Dex’s betrayal hit harder is if some of watsons gigs were from Dex and the rest from Regina (if dex dies before you you finish his gigs, then Regina takes over)
I like to see Regina gigs as basically the preparing for the heist. Doing all her gigs first nets you alot of resources that help with both the maelstrom fight and the heist when thing go south.
In the French version of the game, Hands has the same acting voice as Viggo in the dragons series which makes it even more charismatic
Heres a ranked video you havent done yet:

Rogue is the best fixer and Night city’s Queen
#Facts
That's why Mr.Hands is fixated on controlling all the biz in Dogtown. Rogue is too big and has too many resources to be displaced.
Dex didn't even need to pull his BS! He could've still just sold to chip to NetWatch or Militech and still been paid. Takemura was the only one to ever follow up the heist, and with a Corp backing him he could've gotten away. Rogue helped nuke Arasaka Tower and she's fine.
I love how you don't hold back when talking about DeShawn. 👍
1. wakako for dialogues & her grin, it is like visiting your evil grandma, you love her and will always help but cant trust her
2. padre cause he want bodies, he get bodies, less bitching for going psycho
3. rogue she is just badass and a hot milf
4. mr hands cause of style
5. el capitan cause his gigs sounds like doing pranks
Sam you gotta read the comics bro, they add so much lore. In Cyberpunk XOXO Dino is shown to be a skezzed out gonk.
Mr. Hands is a straightforward, honest, businessman. And thats why i like him. He doesnt pretend to be your friend, and he isn't pointlessly hostile. He simply asks you to do a job a certain way, and compensates you if you do. Hell, even if you biff it, he still pays you, as seen in his quest post PL MQ.
Hands is the best for me. He is the the fixer that motivated me to finish every single gig in the game after i completed his. His reward for completion is also good. His mannerisms are too.
Oh’s damn I gota hope back into this game I got through the entire DLC and then to the point of no return but I’ve been playing another game since then, so I gotta hop back in and finish the main campaign
It's still technically a stealth mission if there's no witnesses to report what happened.

I just like mr hands because of the car he gives you once you finish his gigs :)
Ugh. Hard disagree on Mr Hands...the guy is a power-hungry megalomaniac, far more than the others, and I was definitely all in on the "hate corporate power controlling everything" vibe of V's character. I actively wanted to sabotage his choice of new leader in Dogtown (actually I wanted to straight-up shoot him)...he was a genuine threat to a more free society. I would have ranked him just barely better than Dexter DeShaun.
MAN I agree with dino's placement. the quests really give the vibe that for him at least, if you mess up he WONT hesitate to send a merc to clean up loose ends, solid fixer for clients yeah- not to work for tho. more corpo than not if you ask me :)
El Capitan is the best. His haircut alone makes him number 1
A video on what Evelyn Parker meant to do with the relic/where it eventually could have gone had the heist been a success would be super interesting. What would Night City and the world of cyberpunk look like if the relic had made it to her?
On my original playthrough i chose to screw over Dex and keep half not knowing the Heist would fail and Evelyn Parker sad face getting nuked by Placeed of the Voodoo boys.
I was expecting them ranked off goods you can get doing their missions, not morality, but hey. I'm here for it. I'm looking into getting the game so idk if loot basing it is even an option lol
Dex literally dies begging for his life, its impressive he got far at the afterlife
I think Hands and Rogue have to be considered separately from the other fixers. Hands was totally redeveloped for Phantom Liberty, giving him more time in-game than any other fixer, plus his gigs are some of the best. Rogue's such an integral part of the story that she has a larger pretense than any other fixer. She wasn't added as a regular fixer until 1.53, with her own set of gigs to give us. And much like Hands, Rogue benefits from us getting some better-than-usual assignments for our V, the product of the dev's having less crunch and more knowledge of how players expected the game to go.
Of the rest, I can't argue too much. Dex was always going to land on the bottom, no matter what, for the disaster of Konpeki Plaza. Dino gets us the fewest jobs, we don't really get much development from him either. Do get a terrific Easter egg, and a nice car. Padre, I used to think was one of the best but I'm going to have to agree with you-after getting the job to off Gustavo, you realize he's got no loyalties to anyone but himself. Wakkako? It's when you realize you're mostly helping her keep her kids in charge of the Tyger Claws, and what kind of evil bitch she is for what happened to Evelyn, that you understand she's no better than Padre. Dakota, I thought was-okay. She's probably the one, besides Hands, you'd feel you could have a conversation with. El Capitan, to me, is much better developed post-Phantom Liberty and you understand him better. I even forgive him for his whining about me being late with a car even though I'm being shot at by some goinks. Which leaves Regina, who gives us the most jobs, plus her own set of side hustles, and the best single present for completing her gigs
Am I the only one who liked the charming yet bloodthirsty salesman angle they went with before the DLC? I’m not saying the change isn’t fantastic, but I really liked the “Saul Goodman” style businessman who was as ruthless as he was charming
You should rank districts next lol
Just for reference, since many English native speakers don’t seem to understand. Romance language speakers will always have and use vocabulary that is considered and perceived as “classy” or similar, even if said speaker has extremely limited vocabulary. The reason is very simple. English has essentially reserved all Latin words for the upper class while the German words were used by the peasants. Centuries of this tradition have lead to English native speakers to automatically associate the use of the Latin words with something prestigious.
Mr. Hands is an alternate reality Judah from BoJack Horseman. Enough said.
2:50 "I mean who would do that, honestly?" Haha! Can't be detected if you take them all out first!
One thing you missed about Wakako. She is the one who sold Evelynn to the scavs. So yeah. Not all that sentimental.
Dino was able to carve out his ownership of the most lucrative zone in the area. How he did it is anyones guess but the man is obviously much more than we see in game.
Dakota Smith has to be the most useless out of all these Fixers if we ignore Dexter 'Main Plot' DeShawn. Almost every person that works for her ends up captured, dead, or crippled. Everything about her outer-city persona feels curated and fake as hell.
Mauser's bounty wasn't JUST because he killed the security detail, its because he also decapitated an innocent driver and destroyed the truck that had the shards dino sent him to klep; ruining the job with nothing to show for it BUT all the corpses he made.
No lie, wish Rogue had more gigs seeing as we as V have a connection to her via Johnny
padre, wakako and rouge remind me of a saying ''beware of an old man in a profession where men die young''
I realy thought Padre would be higher on the list. I love his classic Mafioso stile and Character
I played Phantom Liberty with my already finished playthrough from 1.6, and when V mentions, I got a fixer friend here Mr. Hands I was excited because that guy barely gave you gigs but was so misterious and when I heard him talk I was like, why all suave all of the sudden.
But boy oh boy, he went from silly and cynical man on his middle age crisis to one of the most interesting not only fixers but also characters overall in the whole of Cyberpunk, truly now only getting a proper face reveal but also him showing true friendship and loyalty make you feel really valued, like man I really feel now like a real top Solo, who cares what Rogue says.
Yeah, I guess I just hate Johnny and all of his associates, except Kerry, pretty tight guy, so it may be that, but I still like Regina more than Rogue, her ideal of neutralizing cyber psychos in order to study them and make sure cyber psychosis could become a thing of the past, her interesting gigs and I kinda like more her character, but Machine Gun will remain incomplete for the rest of time because Skippy is that cool of a character.
Could we get the tier list of phantom liberty motorcycles next? Pretty please
He's already done a tier list of all the motorcycles, post-PL
Dexter to me, is the proof that sadly, V and his crew were small timers, I know, and I love Jackie and T-Bug as everyone, best chooms ever, but seriously, Dexter was literally gambling with us, he was doing a literal one final gig, and he was crazy enough to hire desperate enough runners to do a suicide mission, and it shows with certain characters and I think even Rogue let us know that she doesn't trust us most likely she saw us as the young guy with too much ambition but none of the proven track record which I can bet she has seen so many times.
Agreed. The only one involved in the gig who saw through it all and how stupid the setup was, was Judy. As she tells us saying she sees walking, talking corpses in V and Evelyn. Personally, I think V also had his/her doubts but let Jackie drag them along.
Counter argument: he strikes a deal with corporate scum to sell us out for a gig that he fixed, and has the gall to think he wouldn't be offed for it or at least suspected for doing so.
He is NOT anyone's friend even if he's friendly. At the end of the day, he is a businessman and if it were profitable enough, he would sell V out. Also, the job where you find Tommy and Fiona is NOT about helping the kids being abused and exploited there, it's about taxes. MONEY was his only concern. He even brushes aside V's shock and outrage when he finds out that he knew what Fiona was doing to kids like Tommy. “Why so Dramatic? It's an open secret by now-everyone knows what goes on there. Few care.”
Have you looked for Rebecca's LMG? In the end chase where David passes out and Falco is driving David and 'Becca to Arasaka Tower there is a bit where she uses an LMG, looks like a Defender. It's somewhere from 2:00 to 12:00 in Ep.10. Since her Carnage is in the game her Defender has to be somewhere right?
Rouge gigs always have some hidden catch, she never gives it straight
Dino is the first fixer i speedrun my way to completing all gigs for purely for the Avenger
For me Regina is my top fixer. I always liked her missions
