Yeah, very weird of them to not add it, but they also forgot a lot of other minor things like this too. There are clothing options that are just obvious body armor like the corpo body armor that have no stats, as well, really minor inconsistencies, but still a bit annoying.

Tbh i always missed them in the open world so autofixer is really helpful for me. Although, I guess it would've been better to keep the open world cars and just add autofixer

But don't worry, if you complete that mission and still need a while to get 40 street cred, it will stay there in that tunnel forever until you have that said 40 street cred so don't feel a rush to get it if you don't have it yet.
Actually you need level 50 Street cred also before any patches were implemented you could get it before level 50 like arm cyberware ( legendary arm cyberware)

I still only use motorcycles. This limits my need for an actual car to the escort missions and car races - so basically only the Ozob mission, the date with Rogue and the races with Claire. For Claire I just go with The Beast on all races. For Rogue I always use the Porsche 911 as it's Johnny's car. But for Ozob I really like the Mai-Mai as the look of driving around with a huge clown at your side in a small car is just hilarious.
i think it would be kinda neat if, after finishing delamains arc, you could use him to chauffeur you around. like get in and he asks you where you want to go and a map comes up for you to pin a location, then just drives like a regular cab, waiting at lights and all. maybe traffic is too stupid yet but would save you from getting wanted levels when making a turn and 5 NPC's jump out in in the street in front of you.
@@tryker01Bro I swear every time I do the City Center race going down the straight after the corpo plaza roundabout, there's ALWAYS at least 1 NPC that stays perfectly still on a crosswalk that goes across the street. Needless to say, they stand no chance against my modded Caliburn barreling into them at 429Mph.
As a netrunner, I never really felt a need to use the combat vehicles. It's almost always preferable to either drive away really fast or simply make an enemy vehicle explode on the spot.
The handling on the hoon is actually better, but the California feels and drives more like an automatic which is what most people are used to. People who struggle with the hoon are people who don't understand manual driving that's why so many people have trouble with it. It's not because it's deisnged bad but rather it's designed that good. Gta gas fairly realistic driving AI and roads and such But cyberpunk nailed it to the wall when It came to actual driving and different types of vehicles (all wheel drive, front wheel, rear wheel, and the mechanic of gear shifting compelled with sounds and that unique "feel") I cant stop preaching about how great the driving is because everyone thinks the driving is "hard" or it sucks. But in reality they just fail to realize in universe the vehicles operate more like today's manual vehicles than automatics. That's why the Hoon in particular feels so hard to drive for automatic drivers and non drivers. Because u think "hit the gas means go" and that's about all there's is. Gas and brake. With a race car like the Hoon, it's so much more than that. U gotta really Pay attention to those gear shifts and ease up and hit the brake or tap the release *reverse, at the right time. Using sandy and kerez can pull off some amazing drifts than turn into donuts and spin out into some crazy stunts. Man u can do some cool shit and 90% of players will never even know! The benefits of being a gear head irl. I just wish more people knew this and would read the goddamn data bank in game!
I can't agree more, the Caliburn handles amazingly but the Hoon just likes to slip n slide round every corner. Yes it doesn't have weapons but hey I have them anyway!
Yeah, Caliburn all the way. On 1.6, I usually used one of the Type 66, I think the Javelina. Because it handled _okay_ and was fast. The Caliburn lacked grip. Now? Caliburn is glued to the road and still runs on lightning. Best car to get from point A to point B the fastest :D Though I'm currently buying _all_ cars, so there's some variety when I'm in the mood for other things. Weaponization doesn't matter, cause V just out-DPSs everything the game can put onto a vehicle. I mean, with Sandevistan, V even outperforms the basilisk :D
@@juanmccoy3066Manual driving isnt particularly impressive, mate. Its the default in most of the world. On top of that, different gearboxes only affect your throttle control; steering and braking aren't affected in the slightest.
For Delamain, I feel they missed(instead of having a self driving car, which is asking a lot) the opportunity to have the combat mode be an option. After all, the Delamain variants generally say they need to learn to drive, and it would make it so the player has a car that they have to drive but the vehicle handles combat for them(like a smart gun in vehicle form)
Ken Block was my favorite rally driver. When I found his Hoonicorn parked in some random warehouse in game, I had a huge smile on my face and immediately hopped in
The thing about the Hoon that makes it exceptional and can get very early is if you follow the Delamain quest and see the depressed car it will drive passed the Hoon giving you that quest making it virtually unavoidable as a car if you like to do some sidequesting.
I was really hoping you would include the 0-60, 0-120, along with the top speed. I think some of the cars accelerate differently than they used to in the base game, meaning even though one has a higher top speed, the other might have way better acceleration.
@@SamBram that's all good! There's always something more, and your videos are already very detailed. I pretty much did all the testing I wanted to know myself.

Outlaw Weiler will easily be #1 when you do Phantom Liberty vehicles. It has pretty much everything except rocket launchers and a large chassis for doublejump shenanigans.
It's far superior to almost every other vehicle because it's insanely fast, handles like a dream and has guns. What more could you ask for? Easily the best turn-handling vehicle I've driven. The dune buggies are meant for the Badlands so I'm not surprised they are so crazy on the highways. Motorcycles are a blast too. I used Jackie's bike for almost the entire DLC.
@@patrickdezenzio4988 don't forget the Weiler has the integrated guns very close together which gives it excellent accuracy! OP has already released his Phantom Liberty vehicle comparison and the Outlaw Weiker came in at #2... behind the Wingate of all things! Dunno what OP is smoking.
I use CT3X for dense districts where I know lane splitting will be really important, and Samum for badlands or if I expect to need rockets. But yeah, Weiler for literally everything else beyond that. This has become a pretty solid endgame coverage trio that probably won't be surpassed.
Only reason I generally take the Outlaw over the Hoon is that the latter seems way too squirrely for me, like it can take much tighter turns, but will usually oversteer in the process.
+1 to the Hoon and #KB43VER. That was the first car I grabbed right after Act 2 unlocked and props to CDPR for putting in such an awesome tribute. Also, the Hoon drives really well with a controller and you really can start doing Gymkhana NC.
@@dentari2626 100%. That's why I play with a controller. Driving capability is greatly improved imo. With it, It's fairly easy to drift the Hoon. It's also fun trying to drift the Behemoth lol
I do love the Hoon but as has been said, the handling and vehicle handling in general is still absolutely awful on mouse and keyboard. It fishtails all over the damn place.
Gotta say, the 911 got to be my absolute favorite car in the game in my recent run. Why? Well, while it doesn't have the speed of the Caliburn, it handles a little bit better and its small size also makes it the best car for driving through traffic, by slipping between two cars or between a car and the walkway. The Caliburns bigger size is simply to its detriment. While I also like the nomad Quadra's, aside from driving in the badlands the 911 became my car-to-go as soon as I got it out of that container.
I basically main the Galena Gecko, I love that thing. Think about it: Its got a little bit of flair with the color, but nothing huge. Doesn’t look too crazy on the outside, but inside a tricked out utility vehicle with low profile weapons attached, smart systems in the vehicle - the whole package. Not built like a tank because it isn’t one, it’s a vehicle. Adaptable, dependable, efficient. It’s a real working class automobile, here. Plus the personal connection to V and being able to call it your “Gecko”. Perfect.
My favorite car to roll around in since 1.0 was the Quadra Type 66 Avenger. Still is to this day, with Cthulu being a close 2nd. They sound so good flying down the highway.
9:09 The Thrax Jefferson was my main car during my first playthrough and because of that, it'll always hold a special place in my heart. It was also one of the few cars I was able to drive effectively on M+K before they added the steering sensitivity setting in 1.3 :P
The Caliban has the most speed and best handling. And the 1st person view is beautiful. I love that car. Next best is probably the chuthulu Or the outlaw. Those are the best out of the ones I drove . Bikes are the best way to travel IMO u can see that beautiful out fit and it let’s un get many different place cars can’t go.
Glad to see the Bandit getting some form of love. I've been playing since the pre-1.3 days and the Bandit was, for me, quite literally the first car that actually felt good to drive once it was introduced. I had saved up my money early on to buy the Shion and then was heartbroken when it felt so floaty back then. I pretty much avoided driving altogether in early versions of the game. Once I got behind the wheel of the Bandit though, that all changed. The handling was just so good. I actually started driving around in it just for the pleasure of it. One more nice thing about the Bandit is that the style of it somehow suits both the city and the badlands.
The new Sport R Quadras, Chiaroscuro in particular, are easily the most fun cars to drive for me. Their handling and stability even at top speeds is ridiculous. You don’t even need to use handbrake drifts for 90” turns, it’ll just take that turn at 110 no problem. I also like that they don’t have weapons because I prefer to use my handguns and sub machine guns for vehicle combat.
Very solid list!! Personally, I like the Sidewinder and Coyote most. The Hoon is great, but unlike the narrator, I find the Hoon doesn’t handle or corner very well. It’s a wonderful tribute and looks cool.
New player and this video was super helpful. Appreciate the dedication to making an hour long video with this much depth while also not sounding completely dry and monotone. Much respect
I legit cried when I found the Hoon... Ken Block was one of my heroes. And the fact CDPR did such a badass tribute to him, is just absolutely downright amazing. The Hoon is the only vehicle I drive.
14:10 Thrax and Alvarado are both Mob Boss cars, imo. One for business, one for pleasure. I prefer the Thrax for its Buick GNX (1987) vibe. Others that remind me of more obscure cars: Colby Butte = Lancia Stratos (+ others) Maimai = Peel P50 + Commuter Tango Turbo R = Holden Hurricane MZ2 = AMC AMX3
4:23 Actually a fun fact as the Colby has always been one of my favorites, the ownable version was always ths purple and grey with missing bumpers, it did not receive a reskin. The only visual update it was given in 2.0 was that the driver was given a higher seating position like the Colby Butte to allow the gauge cluster to be visible above the steering wheel. The version you'd physically go to and buy pre-2.0 was the wrong model, being that better-condition teal one. However once you would spawn it in via the car calling menu it would be the purple and grey beaten up one.
Nova! Our top 2 sync up. Impeccable taste my choom (Like I had any doubt in the matter!) - Both are definitely S tier. :D Seriously though your driving is making mine look good!
A note for those going after the Galena Rattler: it seems the price of buying back the car now scales to your level, rather than being a static 5,000. I was around level 30-35 (I think) when I got the text for it (since I skipped ahead) and the price was raised to 18,000 eddies instead.
I only just got a PC I could play it on and it coincided so nicely with 2.0. Honestly my biggest gripe is the driving mechanics though. For all the awesome cars and great roads, the driving is horrible. Gonna have to try out some handling mods.
I like my cars with a good balance of speed and handling. The durability wasn't much of a thought at first but now that you've measured it across all of the vehicles, it should probably be considered.
My gripe with the outlaw is the fact that it's extremely narrow, thus, paired with excellent handling, it's really nice at driving through a heavy traffic. An excellent city car indeed
Its the Luxury, the first moment that i got into the Aerondight after spending a lot of money on it i fell in love with it, you get this feeling that you don't only own an expensive car but a lot more than that.
Naming a car "Cthulhu" was such a good marketing technique and it worked on me. I'm sorry but telling people I'm driving Cthulhu is unbelievably cool, and it's extremely speedy with good handling to boot
When I bought the Javelina purely to use the new guns on cars feature, I thought it would easily be top 10 but didn't expect it to be a whole top 4! It feels like an absolute tank and lasts forever, that I actually have been using it as a last ditch battle tides turn when trying my new builds and dying miserably (its kind of hilarious how many times I hid behind the car, ran in and proceeded to mow down everyone, going from barely not even surviving to demolishing everyone)
all I want is the ability to cycle through the presets that they have in the open world. just allow me to choose existing combinations, I don't need to choose the exact paint, livery, wheels and accessories.
another thing to take into consideration with mounted guns is the placement. The Hoon and the Shion Coyote have thr guns in front of the vehicle, meaning a closer spread, meaning you can sometimes hit one enemy with both guns. Which is not possible with the guns mounted on thr side like the Javelina has. Guns closer to middle=higher dps
I think they may have changed when you can unlock Murk Man's Caliburn. The container didn't spawn in the cave for me until after I completed Queen of the Highway, which might be yet ANOTHER reason to not sell out Panam
They also nerfed the Javelina. The Coyote and Javelina's handling are no where near as good anymore. What's makes it worse is that they kept the Caliburn the same and didn't nerf that one.
@AshoreNevermore It always was. The Coyote used to be the second fastest car. The go-to for badlands trips while the Caliburn was the fastest street racer. Then, they decided to reduce the Coyote's handling and shave off 20mph, whereas the Caliburn was left untouched.
@@AshoreNevermore I have no problem with it being the fastest car. But now as a car it has very little drawbacks. If they were going to nerf the coyote and javelina then the Caliburn should have gotten one. If not the top speed then at least nerf the handling
I would have never ranked the hoon that high. It drives like a piece of lard in a hot pan. Twitchy as hell and hardly controllable... I'm cool with the rest of the list 😅
after driving around in the Hoon for so long after going back to some of the other cars I have just realized they are so easy to drift and control after lol Johnny's Porsche is really really good for drifting also and that little bit slower and less tweaky feel in city center areas works a treat
Interesting note about the base Outlaw: while many vehicles can change their headlight color with "CrystalCoat™", with this car the interior lighting will also change accordingly. Giving it even more style points than it already had! (with a Sandy build and something like Raiju or Lizzie you can one-tap enemy drivers, so this can be a nice change of scenery from Weiler sometimes)
You missed the best car by far, [Herrera Outlaw "Weiler"]. It is a Herrera Outlaw with armor, guns and more horsepower from quest "Baby Let Me Take You". Best car by far.
As he said many many times during the video. This videos is the first of 3 in the vehicle series and this one only covers CARS from the BASE game. There will be 2 more videos, one covering BIKES and then another that covers Vehicles from Phantom Liberty.
I love the Maimai and the black Rayfeild Caliburn, not for any practical reasons but because I love how big the windows are and I like how the Maimai talk to you also.
Im going to talk about it. Because no one else seems to want to talk about it and I got a bone to pick. Cyberpunk 2.0 RUINED alot of the preexisting cars before the patch. Cars are even more slippery than before, cars feel impossible to brake, and it's awkward because most vehicles can't autocenter the camera anymore. So the pov is just stuck in weird angles all the time. And we gotta talk about how dirty they did my boi Coyote. I have no problem with you nerfing the Shion because it basically made almost every vehicle pointless having the best handling and speed combo in the game (plus weapons now). So why in the WORLD did you not apply any nerfs to the Caliburn? It's has great handling (well for this game at least) AND it's faster than the Coyote!? Why CDPR!? WHYYYY!??
There's a setting to make the camera auto reset faster or slower. It's in the menu settings somewhere. I use a value of 0.3 I also use a controller so if the cars are too slippery then maybe that would help. Otherwise you can decrease the steering sensitivity as well. I have the steering sens at 0.85 while using a controller.
What? Maybe u and I got different games, but the handling is SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER before 2.0. The cars felt like driving on oil, and now it's more gta like. Idk what is going on with you, but handling is wayyyyy better than 1.6
@@shawn4559 Your comment is confusing. I think what you were trying was that the handling got better AFTER patch 2.0. If I'm wrong you can correct me. And if you believe that then by all means. That's your opinion. But I HEAVILY disagree. It seems I can't even go across town anymore without crashing insane amount of times. I think the only car that makes the crappy handling bearable since the patch is the Quadra Type 66 640. And even that car is still really slidy. Like they even nerfed the handling of the Javelina so I can't reliable find an off-road car with decent grip anymore
Strange, the handling feels better overall for me compared to pre 1.6 days (I think last played the game around 1.5). Back then vehicle handling was one of the weak points of the game, it clearly showed they had no experience in this sort of thing and only knew how to make horses handle good. I have some issue with the 2.0 changes (like the too strict Cyberware limit or making clothing irrelevant), but the handling is one thing they improved a lot. Still not perfect but getting there.
If I had to pick on vehicle to use forever it would be the Javelina. Top tier handling in all environments, incredibly fast, armored and looks awesome. Its one of the first vehicles I buy in any playthrough.
I was irl a yellow cab cabbie. Delamain holds the honorable mention. Used all through first playthrough. The Murkmobile Caliburn has the best handling by far. The Hoon for overall utility. The weaponized Colby for badassery style. Sadly, navigating through traffic and city streets is light years easier on a motorcycle, so using any car is usually only for a specific task, or if traveling out of town.
I just LOVE how Quadra's interior design looks, and how they look like a muscle car as well, like if this irl I would 100% buying this taking all my money
The Quadra Turbo models are the best handling Quadra vehicles in the game now. I generally stray away from the Quadra cars because they feel like driving a matchbox car in a video game, but the Turbo models are all pretty nice.
It's so weird (but I love it) how different people's perceptions are. For me, the Quadra Turbo is more or less undrivable. I really do not like how it handles. Meanwhile, I'm in love with the Caliburn (glued to the road, runs on lightning) and the Herrera Outlaw (just the most beautiful car, still handles well) :D But I love that about the game. There's vehicles for everyone.. if just the motorcycles would work better.
Little Mule is probably going to always hold a special place in my heart. It was my V's badlands ride for my whole playthrough and I happened to buy it just after meeting the Aldecaldo's who I joined in the end. Gonna ride that guy through the deserts till my dying day.
If UA-cam would've recommended this to me sooner, I'd have said to measure how long each car can survive inside the Dogtown Checkpoint if you make the guards hostile.
I love stealing the very heavy trucks and then ploughing through night city streets running over everyone and making me come out to play. I hope you do a video on those cause they’re Hella fun especially if you just want to take a break from doing all the quests.
Another reason I really like the Makigai MaiMai is how driveable it is from the first person view and how good the visibility is in that view too. So for immersion as well as humour it's actually one of the best cars in the game in my opinion.
Quick tip - you can switch to your regular weapons in combat vehicles by accessing the weapon wheel (default bound to alt). Guess many forgot this thing exists by binding their dashes to alt, including myself)
I found the Hoon while doing Del's quests during that bit where you're locked off from your Hella and instantly fell in love with it, just a great all-round vehicle. Free? Check Fast? Not the best, but good enough Maneuvrable? Check Tankiness and ramming capabilities? Check My V in that run was also a former Nomad, so it just fit like a glove.
Tip: Youll find the Type 66 REALLY FAST early on almost immediately just returning Delamains cars during that quest. One of his vehicles you follow to get goes precisely in the warehouse that its kept it and you can place a marker to return after you finish the quest. Ive used it for probably 60/100 hrs. Another side note: The caliburn goes 210/211 and based solely on its handling, especially when comparing corners with the 66 and itself, its a much better car. Get vehicle quickhacks and simple floor or ebrake other cars followed with a self destruct. If youre actually shooting pistols out of your car for vehicle warfare, you're playing wrong.
They really messed up a lot of the nomad cars. I fought when I first tried them and started sliding around on the asphalt maybe they changed them to have good traction exclusively offroad(which doesn't make sense but would be kinda understandable) but they feel like shit to drive no matter the surface. The Coyote is the biggest victim I've seen so far. The Javelina got worse too but thankfully not quite as bad.
I love drifting and ken block so I was completely surprised when I stumbled on the car sitting in a warehouse, immediately got it and only use it now alongside jackie's arch
A correction about this he Rayfiel Caliburn “Murkmoblie” 54:00 , it only spawns once the player reaches a street cred of 40, otherwise, the container won’t even be in the cave. You can however return at anytime to get the car once you reach street cred level 40.
Briefly adding; the keychain you get with the collectors edition is of the Quadro Turbo, which makes it one notch cooler than it already is. The Jen Rowley are my personal favorite however, it just suits my driving style to a T, and its so satisfying hurling it around a corner just to come out full throttle down the next street, so satisfying
I love the Rowley but right now I'm really into the shion coyote and the hoon. Everyone shits on Hoonie but that fucking thing is a drifting and donut demon. U can do some shit. That car is a work of art and does Ken Block proud.

In fact I love all the type 66 cars, the Rayfield and all the weaponized vehicles. It's impossible to rank them because they shin in different situations. I just wish the game had various racing missions. Hell I wish they would make a cyberpunk game that was all racing. I wanna get forza JUST for the cyber punk cars. Lmfao.
33:29 Does that mean it it can supplex you? Really interesting video, there are so many vehicles that it's quite nice having a detailed list of all of them (in 2.0 of course) plus the video was edited nicely all together.
One change to aquiring the Murkman Caliburn: you need to reach lvl 40 street cred on top of completing Ghost Town. You have to grind quite a bit for it now
I think top speed is a very unimportant stat. Acceleration, handling and car size are much more important. That being said, I think the Specter is the most balanced car in the game. It has incredible acceleration out of corners, handling feels significantly better than any other weaponized Badlands car (though obviously not as good as the Outlaw), and it is very small, which means better handling in traffic and a smaller target during car combat. The cockpit is also pretty nice, if you are driving first person for full immersion. Downsides are that it sounds kinda silly, especially when it changes gears, it's like a VW Golf R with a farting DSG, but tbh it kinda grew on me.
It would have been cool if Delemain was a weaponized car. Considering that Delemain does have combat Protocols.
If you open the trunk on the delemain car, you can clearly see a rocket pod inside. And the trunk lid has a cut out for it to pop out.

The handling on the hoon is actually better, but the California feels and drives more like an automatic which is what most people are used to. People who struggle with the hoon are people who don't understand manual driving that's why so many people have trouble with it. It's not because it's deisnged bad but rather it's designed that good.
Gta gas fairly realistic driving AI and roads and such
But cyberpunk nailed it to the wall when It came to actual driving and different types of vehicles (all wheel drive, front wheel, rear wheel, and the mechanic of gear shifting compelled with sounds and that unique "feel")
I cant stop preaching about how great the driving is because everyone thinks the driving is "hard" or it sucks.
Best car to get from point A to point B the fastest :D
Though I'm currently buying _all_ cars, so there's some variety when I'm in the mood for other things.
@@juanmccoy3066it’s got nothing to do with manual vs automatic in the game dude holy fucking Christ lmfao.
That’s how I got it
The only right answer is Jackie's Arch
Meh, it’s aight.
@@NeonKix What do you mean? It's faster/more stable than almost anything else, and it's free.
That's a bike, not a car silly
@@allgerfan it's a bike that does better than 90 percent of the cars
by far the best bike
I was really hoping you would include the 0-60, 0-120, along with the top speed. I think some of the cars accelerate differently than they used to in the base game, meaning even though one has a higher top speed, the other might have way better acceleration.
Hmm... You're right! Damn. If I ever do a super cut for all cars I'll try remember to add it
@@SamBram that's all good! There's always something more, and your videos are already very detailed. I pretty much did all the testing I wanted to know myself.
Totally agree: i've used for the most part of my game the Quartz Sidewinder for it's agility and insane acceleration
15:46 if mans is betting his car and his cash while times are already lean and while he has a baby on the way, he has a problem and would just gamble it all away later anyway. Man needs a wakeup call, it just so happens I set my alarm early.
@@SamBramalso, the in-video title cards for the first three vehicles are all "Mahir Supron"
I far preferred traveling out to each car to buy it. It gave me reason to at least try driving everything once
100% , not only this but for me it felt like i was actually buying a car that came from a real human who used to drive it
While I'd also prefer the old route in this, I still test-drive every car I buy :D
Yes!! My favourite vehicle of all of them!!
I use CT3X for dense districts where I know lane splitting will be really important, and Samum for badlands or if I expect to need rockets. But yeah, Weiler for literally everything else beyond that. This has become a pretty solid endgame coverage trio that probably won't be surpassed.
Only reason I generally take the Outlaw over the Hoon is that the latter seems way too squirrely for me, like it can take much tighter turns, but will usually oversteer in the process.
given who it's a tribute too, that was probably intentional.
Yeah, for me it's basically unusable, if I just tap a direction I go flying off, at least that's how it feels xD.
Yeah it has much better handling
if u learn how to drive it it makes it fun af to drift corners and get places fast
@@matthewfigueroa6907 Probably, but that's easier said than done on keyboard
i don't know why but that little vehicle-combat shot from in your crashed stuck-upside down car was hilarious
Convertibles are often heavier because they require additional bracing for extra rigidity.
The Javelina is my favourite. I bought it before the 2.0 update because it looked cool, and now with the guns, it’s become my go to car in general
+1 to the Hoon and #KB43VER. That was the first car I grabbed right after Act 2 unlocked and props to CDPR for putting in such an awesome tribute. Also, the Hoon drives really well with a controller and you really can start doing Gymkhana NC.
The Hoon sucks on mouse and keyboard though. To be fair, just about every car except the caliburn sucks on mouse and keyboard.
@@dentari2626 100%. That's why I play with a controller. Driving capability is greatly improved imo. With it, It's fairly easy to drift the Hoon. It's also fun trying to drift the Behemoth lol
@@jedempleo5833 I don't like the handling
I do love the Hoon but as has been said, the handling and vehicle handling in general is still absolutely awful on mouse and keyboard. It fishtails all over the damn place.
@@jimbob4447 I'm on console and it's still bad
Gotta say, the 911 got to be my absolute favorite car in the game in my recent run. Why? Well, while it doesn't have the speed of the Caliburn, it handles a little bit better and its small size also makes it the best car for driving through traffic, by slipping between two cars or between a car and the walkway. The Caliburns bigger size is simply to its detriment.
While I also like the nomad Quadra's, aside from driving in the badlands the 911 became my car-to-go as soon as I got it out of that container.
I basically main the Galena Gecko, I love that thing. Think about it:
Its got a little bit of flair with the color, but nothing huge.
Interior looks crazy too!
9:09 The Thrax Jefferson was my main car during my first playthrough and because of that, it'll always hold a special place in my heart. It was also one of the few cars I was able to drive effectively on M+K before they added the steering sensitivity setting in 1.3 :P
Fr I always used it in my first couple playthroughs, The thing looks so menacing I love it.
Rattler. Awd, turbo and dump pipe out the hood, pizza boxes, baseball bat in the back. Small, agile, fast, good on and off road. Best car
I was actually looking for this video from you. Thanks for making it for us Choom.
Hoon has such nice sound design, a cool look, and guns. And it's really fast.
Love that you are really redoing everything ranking for CP77 2.0. Respect that dedication a lot man, hoping to see a shotgun or katana raking soon :D
Very solid list!!
Personally, I like the Sidewinder and Coyote most.
The Hoon is great, but unlike the narrator, I find the Hoon doesn’t handle or corner very well. It’s a wonderful tribute and looks cool.
This channel is so amazing. I'm looking forward for future cyberpunk videos
Your previous video 7 months ago got recommended to me this morning so this is perfect Bram🙏
Others that remind me of more obscure cars:
Colby Butte = Lancia Stratos (+ others)
Maimai = Peel P50 + Commuter Tango
Turbo R = Holden Hurricane
MZ2 = AMC AMX3
Car prices in this game make no sense. The cheapest pile of junk is 13k yet you can buy a luxury custom sedan for only just over twice the price.
Thanks for the update (and thanks for including the Hoon).
I love the Archer Quartz line. Small, speedy and very manuverable. Love drifting in them.
Remember you need Smart Targeting to use a car's missile launchers with tracking
Nova! Our top 2 sync up. Impeccable taste my choom (Like I had any doubt in the matter!) - Both are definitely S tier. :D Seriously though your driving is making mine look good!
Great minds and all that! Crazy that two of the best are free as well. I don't know about that Tez, I've seen your driving too 😂
A note for those going after the Galena Rattler: it seems the price of buying back the car now scales to your level, rather than being a static 5,000. I was around level 30-35 (I think) when I got the text for it (since I skipped ahead) and the price was raised to 18,000 eddies instead.
It's really funny how I accidentally got the Quadra 66 in my first blind playthrough while doing Delamain's car hunting quest
This has quickly become one of my top 5 games.
I find the Hoon a little slippery
My gripe with the outlaw is the fact that it's extremely narrow, thus, paired with excellent handling, it's really nice at driving through a heavy traffic. An excellent city car indeed
exhaustive and well explained, great video.
I see a hidden car pun in that sentence
Its the Luxury, the first moment that i got into the Aerondight after spending a lot of money on it i fell in love with it, you get this feeling that you don't only own an expensive car but a lot more than that.
Naming a car "Cthulhu" was such a good marketing technique and it worked on me. I'm sorry but telling people I'm driving Cthulhu is unbelievably cool, and it's extremely speedy with good handling to boot
The Mercman Caliburn should be bulletproof with guns & rockets like a proper "Batmobile."
It saddens me that you put my beloved Mahir van so low again :( I mean yeah the car *is* shit... but it's got ~character~ lol
Would love have the feature and option to customize vehicles
all I want is the ability to cycle through the presets that they have in the open world. just allow me to choose existing combinations, I don't need to choose the exact paint, livery, wheels and accessories.
another thing to take into consideration with mounted guns is the placement.
As if you needed more.
You just need 40 street cred for the container to spawn. It's not linked to quest progression.
I have full street cred, max level, all side quests finished except some fixer missions, it still didn't spawn...
Being a "car guy", I'm really happy cdpr put a Ken block car in the game. RIP
They nerfed my Coyote. I'll never forgive them. 😭
They nerfed it.... BAD
They also nerfed the Javelina. The Coyote and Javelina's handling are no where near as good anymore.
What's makes it worse is that they kept the Caliburn the same and didn't nerf that one.
@@maskedman5657 To be fair, the Caliburn is SUPPOSED to be the fastest way to get around, yeah?
Once you get use to the 66 Hoon there is no going back. Thing drifts like a dream and sounds totally epic.
I have try both Hoon and Javelina and I cannot find much difference between both car.
after driving around in the Hoon for so long after going back to some of the other cars I have just realized they are so easy to drift and control after lol Johnny's Porsche is really really good for drifting also and that little bit slower and less tweaky feel in city center areas works a treat
Looking forward to reviewing it in Phantom liberty cars!

I use a value of 0.3
I also use a controller so if the cars are too slippery then maybe that would help.
Idk what is going on with you, but handling is wayyyyy better than 1.6
@@skyla1884 There's a setting but the camera doesn't really reset. I have to click the analog and reset it myself constantly.
Your timestamp game is on point. I appreciate that! The tier change start is very useful!
Meanwhile, I'm in love with the Caliburn (glued to the road, runs on lightning) and the Herrera Outlaw (just the most beautiful car, still handles well) :D
But I love that about the game.
I personally like the "smash through the front door with a APC" approach
If UA-cam would've recommended this to me sooner, I'd have said to measure how long each car can survive inside the Dogtown Checkpoint if you make the guards hostile.
Always happy to see a new upload to indulge in sam
Free? Check
Fast? Not the best, but good enough
Maneuvrable? Check
Tankiness and ramming capabilities? Check
My V in that run was also a former Nomad, so it just fit like a glove.
Thanks for the updated list.
Out of every possible source of media I least expected cyberpunk to do a tribute to ken block. but man will that car always be special
I love drifting and ken block so I was completely surprised when I stumbled on the car sitting in a warehouse, immediately got it and only use it now alongside jackie's arch
You put a lot of effort into this video and it shows. PL vehicles will be interesting
I love all the "bad" cars. At low levels and street cred, makes my V cruise around like a bum.

I love the Hellhound. The black maschinegun car that you get from the cardealer is the best imo though.
I like how in my new play through i actually stumbled upon the 1 car by mistake doing a del mission, and ive been using it exclusively
One change to aquiring the Murkman Caliburn: you need to reach lvl 40 street cred on top of completing Ghost Town. You have to grind quite a bit for it now
Yes, one of the videos I've been waiting the most
I think top speed is a very unimportant stat.
Would love a smart gun ranking video.
