Your classes are much better than face to face trainings I've been before. I love how dinamic they are and also that we always have weights and accessories for an extra boost. I'm lucky to have you here knowing you are working on your longevity. Building muscle is so important for us women so that's why I love weights in Pilates and incorporating strength work into the workouts too. Jacinta x

yeah you made us work for this one. had to make some self modifications on a two of them because my hips were on fire lol. thank you for your amazing workouts 🩷🩷 truly changed my relationship with exercise forever 🩷
Morning! My wrists didn't cope so well with the side crouching but did my best. Excited for this challenge, taking us through to lighter mornings & lighter nights. Ty ❤

I was not able to workourt yesterday so i did it today. Today is the day of resuming to workout and I am beyond tight muscles. I was not able to do everything however, I will keep as it. I wished all moves has a modification esp those where you balance on 1 arm/leg. Day 2 will be done tomorrow. I Lokk forward to what thodays vid holds
Just came back from a vacation and this was my workout comeback. I felt sooo out of shape and had to pause the viceo a couple of times. Might just do this again tom. 😅

Loved the workout! I did struggle a little today because my neck (during abs) and wrists (during planks) were extra sensitive. Do you have any advice when I have days like that?
