I live in Arizona and take out-of-state visitors on this tour whenever I can. It is the best! Bisbee is a fun place to visit with lots of shops, restaurants, and history. Thanks for your video.
Hey Martin. It is by far the best mine tour I have ever done! It is amazing and the price is great! So Martin I was wondering why a video I made 3 years ago all of sudden started getting 3.500 views over the last 3 days. So you seen a reel on IG? Do you remember which page posted it?? Thanks 👍.
@@adventuringoutdoorswitheric to be honest I have no clue how IG's algorithm suggested it to me as I was scrolling through. And I'm not not sure if it was yours or not, I just had a quick view of the old man giving a brief intro and it was off to the comments to find out the name of this mine so I can see a tour of the inside. Great video BTW!
@@Martin-117 Thank you so much for getting back to me. I guess someone on Instagram who has a decent sized platform is sharing my stuff. I would like to thank them at least if I knew who they were lol. Awesome and thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you're able to visit in the future.
That's Benny, an old under ground Bisbee miner. When Phelps Dodge closed down he became a police officer and then a detective in Bisbee. He really puts a little extra in his tours and take pride in teaching the trade to the tourists!
I really loved that little town of Bisbee. What a cool place to grow up honestly. I really hope you eventually get to go back and visit. So many memories I bet. I appreciate you checking out this video by the way thank you.
Oh yeah he was an awesome tour guide! You definitely have to go and do this! It is the best mine tour ever. Thank you so much for watching my friend I really appreciate it.
How freaking cool is that?!? Just the ride in is amazing. Love those old mining guys. That's the best part of the gold mine tours around here. Thanks for sharing brother.
Awesome mine tour Eric! I remember you mentioned how much you loved it. You can't beat having a tour guide who worked as a miner there. Very interesting and sound like a had quite a lot of humor!
Yes this was the amazing mine tour I had mentioned to you. I honestly could not have asked for a better tour guide then him with his 19 years of experience. He was a funny guy! I am sure you heard him coughing in the video and I am sure that's from working down there. Glad I was able to finally share this awesome adventure! Thanks again Alex!
Now that was really cool, Eric! Neat single-file train that took you in. Fascinating history from a good tour guide - experienced in the mine. Would enjoy this, thanks for sharing!
Yeah I could totally see you doing a video on this one day. It truly was an awesome experience doing this mine tour. You got to love Arizona! Thanks for watching brother.
that was one cool tour, loved the little train they used plus able to stop and get off to see more of the mine, well worth the $13 to get and I see from your link it's about an 1 hour to tour
Your tour guide sounded quite a character, really impressed with the quality of your filming in such difficult lighting conditions Eric. It must have been nice to ride on that train and give your legs a rest😉 Atb Anthony
Thank you for the nice compliment on the filming. Thankfully the latest GoPro that I own is the Hero 7 Black and it's the 1st time I tried using it in low light and I must say they've improved it quite a bit compared to previous models. Also the fact that we all carried lights and I was able to shine my light on what I was shooting helped a lot. Yeah the little train was so awesome to ride on I must say. Thanks Anthony for stopping by.
You are very welcome, my friend! Yeah, this tour was totally awesome, and it was so reasonably priced, too. I absolutely loved it. I'm sure you will as well. Thank you so much for watching, and have fun tomorrow!
Your tour guide sounded like he was a great character that had a lot of first hand stories to tell. Cool tour using the train cars. It looked like a lot of fun. Well done bud.
As you know, I have done mine tours before, but none that involved me to take a cart into the mine! That's an awesome feature. Seemed like a lot of really good information and the it makes a big difference with the good stories!
Yeah the mine train was an awesome addition to the tour definitely. I learned a ton from this experienced tour guide! I am sure one day you will make it out here. Thanks for watching brother.
@@bigbob9187 Oh OK so that's what happened! Cause I saw a huge uptick in this video about a month ago.. It started dying down a little bit but it's still going steady. Thanks for letting me know
That is so awesome that you guys got to do this tour as well! Honestly the best $13 I've ever spent in my life. Benny is just amazing as you already know. I really appreciate you checking out this video and commenting on it. I'm glad we both got to experience this one of a kind mine tour.
You know I don't suffer from claustrophobia, so I can't give you the best analysis. But you're never really in super tight spaces, to be honest with you. The tunnels are pretty roomy! I hope this was helpful and thank you so much for watching!
@@adventuringoutdoorswitheric I know the tour itself is an hour or so but how many minutes would you say it is on the train from the entrance to wherever it stops in the mine?
Well the whole tour is actually an hour long. The train will go for a little bit stop somewhere and then we walk around then same thing again and again.
@@adventuringoutdoorswitheric its ok i finally got it working it was strange so im guessing it was my phone, i even got my friend to check haha so ur good video is fine.
it’s an incredible gemstone or rock it’s bluish in color and many were mined there the late Edgar Cayce actually took a trip there by driving 7,000 miles to collect the Lapis Azurite stone it supposedly enhances psychic awareness it was used in many ancient recordings like Egypt and the main place that used it was Atlantis.
