» Alpine Lake Flight with the Talon Pro

I had a weekend away up in the Alpine region of VIC Australia. This was an early morning flight over a lake with the X-UAV Talon Pro. I've had this plane for a long time now but this is actually my first proper flight with a GoPro attached. This plane is a real prick to launch and doesn't feel quite right in the air but I did manage to capture some nice footage this time and softened it up with the ReelSteady stabilization program.
There are three other planes joining in - two X-UAV Mini Goose's and a RiteWing Mini Drak. The two Mini Goose planes had Insta360 cams onboard. I will post a link to these vids when ready because the footage will be spectacular.

The GoPro is mounted on a GWS S125 sail winch servo that does a full 360 degrees

the flying wing did really well the mfd kept going up then down getting me sea sick 🌊 not using altitude hold
