That horrible motor doesn't even have a prop hub....Those collet style prop adapters are crap. Too much overhang and they never run true either...Thats a terrific flying spot somewhere in Europe Im guessing...🤔😳😏😏🇬🇧
Nice build! I just started assembling mine and I had the same problem with the back of the wings... Could you please share the stl file of the airfoil for connecting the wings to the fuselage?
Hello, Thank you for your comment. You may print the file located in www.thingiverse.com/thing:4730960 . I don't own the file but this is the one I printed. Cheers.
Mine came with a carbon fibre motor mount, why did you replace yours with plastic?? seems a backward step. I land in the scrub rough paddock ALL the time and my rear vert fin is still perfect, I run a 2300kv motor, 7x4 prop and a 50amp esc, 2x 2200mah 3s 25c battery's, it draws 46 amps full throttle and glides extremely well, no fpv on mine just los fun flying the model is very aerobatic as well great vid but forget plastic motor mounts especially such frail ones from a printer
Hi, thank you for your reply. I bought the kit version and the motor mount was made out of plywood :) This is why I 3D printed a proper mount out of ABS. ABS is very strong if printed correctly. Now, running on 6S with 9x7 prop it draws 15A or less. Cheers.
Hey man its just called a Talon Pro... there is no V2... yet
You're right! I probably confused it with the pro mini v2.

You're correct. The motor is just a regular AE DYS motor and indeed the prop adapter is a joke. Tomorrow, I'll be testing it on 6S with 8x6 prop.
I would like to buy this airframe again and make it a twin motor setup in the future
A twin motor combo will turn this plane into a monster.

@@FPV420. Thank you so much!!! I appreciate your help👍🏻
Great and nice work, would you please inform me which Airfoil you used to make the Root cord rib in 3d printer ?

Very nice airplane. Nice, stable flight
Do you think this would fly well with a 15x8 prop
Yes, it will however, you need to choose a low KV motor. Something like 400-500KV.
@@FPV420. thank you for the fast response I really appreciate your help! I was planning to use an at3520 kv550 with carbon fibre prop to reduce load.
thanks for your plane tour at the start of the video i really enjoyed it
Thank you for being part of the community. Stay tuned for more videos.
too thick

beautiful place to fly!!
😀👍
Nice build bro
Amps draws high... your propeller looks backwards at the end of the video? Is correct?
The prop orientation is correct. It's a pusher setup.
