Breathing exercises, yoga, and most importantly praying and thinking on Jesus and His love help me out. 😇

I definitely should check out that tonic you had for stress. It sounds awesome. I also LOVED how you mentioned your journal isn't structured. I sometimes have liked free writing in the past but never liked journaling. I never thought to combine the two into a mess of thoughts on paper just to get them out. Love it!!!!

I am so happy you did this video!! I have come to accept that I am unfortunately a very stressful person. I stress easily and it affects my sleep and every aspect of my life. I always love when you post self care videos of this type because it serves as a bit of a reminder that I am not alone and there are good healthy ways to deal with it all. So thank you for shining a bit of positive light here on the tube!

Thank you so much for this, Ashley💚 Yes you are not alone. Stress is a real aspect of life. I will probably never be able to avoid it but I can learn to minimize and cope with it.

This is one of favourite videos on self care! I love crystals as well and have near my bed, rose quartz, clear quartz and Amethyst. My favourite essential oil is frankincense for major anxiety. Great vid 👍🏽

Very helpful! I have a Rose Quartz thumb stone and a soapstone heart which I held in my hands while my husband underwent heart surgery for 3 hours. I also listened to ‘Om Mani Padme Hum’ sung by Veet Vichara and Premanjali. The calming repetition of the music and the feel of the stones left little room for the fear of what may come and the hours went by more swiftly. I have never been happier than when the surgeon came and told me it had gone well and my husband would soon be back in the room. This shows how when we show compassion to ourselves we can get through hard times.

First it is advisable to declutter.
Only keep what use regularly and
enjoy using. But here again, if
you live in a four seasons country
keep your winter jacket/ coat, boots and...... No good tidying
up organising clutter. So get rid
of what you do not really need.
But recycle in the right way. Then
    cleaning becomes much easier.
Also keep surfaces clear. Do a bit
of cleaning every day. I dislike
cleaning, but do it this way. Makes
life easier. Hope this helps you to
    get started.

It's not something I've seen elsewhere but it really helps me. It becomes like a checklist to go through when I am stressed or anxious 💚

Thank you for an interesting video which is very helpful for me - for a person who is anxious, depressed and stressed very often and a lot.

You are inspiring! Even though I don't think that the Rescue Remedy works for me, your tips are very helpful! 💙

Anyone struggling with panic disorder or anxiety disorder: try out the bach rescue remedy drops. They really work (at least for me). It’s vegan and completely natural (I think) and this helped me so much. I struggled with panic disorder for 4 years, and these are the first thing that really helped. This is not just a placebo. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it in my opinion.
