Much like ‘French bread’ is the icon of France, our protagonist wants to make something as iconic for Japan. Hence the pun- Ja-Pan. While bread making might be fun, I’d like to see how you feel about his methods (as he knows nothing about culinary)
IMHO, in the US sometimes people can be really precious and picky about their pizza and what's on it. I think pizza is the perfect type of food to experiment and do weird and crazy stuff with or try new things. I think this video exemplifies why. I would love to try out specialty pizzas like this.

I definitely feel like Nezuko's pizza would be good with some grated yam or Ube (not sure if that's what was used or not). Personally I think Nezuko's pizza would be a bit sweeter, and it seems like she was the veggie/no meat pizza. So if we follow the rule of 3 that they did for each person. I think Nezuko's pizza would be Sweet Corn, Yam/Ube, and bamboo shoots to replace the mochi and possibly a thicker soy sauce to balance out all the sweet.

In my early days of cooking, I tried to make homemade barbecue sauce. Boiling the water out of the tomato puree took a loooooooong time. I keep being uncomfortable seeing you use that mandoline without protection and going so fast. Did you needed more semolina for the pizza to slide from the wood ?
Well, that’s what happens when we want to enjoy pizza at home but there’s no delivery pizza shop in our town. In other words, that’s how much specified, mass-produced ingredients could make the work of pizza shop crews easy and simple. You made that without them and I’m impressed for your work.
Online it says Nezuko's is supposed to have mentaiko. Maybe that would have tasted better than tobiko? I've never had either, so I wouldn't know if it'd make a big difference.
My brain after seeing the pizza peel being prepped with semolina before the dough is placed on: That pizza is going to stick on the peel. I personally use cornmeal to prep my pizza peel and comes off and onto the pizza stone beautifully.
