    This Anime is SO GOOD! It's so incredibly emotional and will absolutely melt your heart! Yoshida is Anime Man of the Year! (and quite possibly best dad as well). Be warned though, this series does go into some pretty dark territories but that only makes the catharsis you get out of this series even greater. You will most likely cry tears of joy watching Higehiro and that is a very good thing.

    I love stew, but I realize not all chefs serve it as a soup.
    Some treat it as a topping for rice or put it on top of something else like biscuits.
    Me..,
    What's wrong with eating it as is? Stew when done right is good enough to stand alone.

    • @singoflovesongs
      @singoflovesongs 3 роки тому +1

      i think it's just a matter of preference more than anything, i personally just grew up on eating most stews with rice so it feels like something is missing if i don't do so ^q^

    Put a little of beer to the beef when tendering it it will make it really soft and cut the cooking time, plus it gives it a really good taste too, lol. I want some now, lol 🤤

    The best thing about cooking is that you can test how it turns out, when you mention making the vegetables sweat, it reminds me of what Abel said to Souma in season 2 episode 13, now I understand what you mean, thanks ChefPK for the recipe, I hope you had a great Father's Day with your loved ones.

    I dunno if you take requests here, but I’d love to see you try making at least one of the breads featured on ‘Yakitate!! Japan’. I know it’s an older anime (~20 years), so it’s not relevant or current. But, a lot of the breads and other food they showed looked really good. There was even one ep where they had real world footage of someone showing how they made whichever bread they were talking about (I haven’t watched it in a couple years).
