Would’ve thought her partner would be more understanding from the outset.

Some people are too afriad to dream outside of their box. Annie wants stars and the unknown and Kate wants security and routine.

She gets to go and everyone else is left behind? Doesn't seem fair.

This hit me from 2 perspectives. The cynic in me scoffs at alien abduction. But the humanist side thinks "why does the human animal think it's so special to not occur elsewhere?"

      Q: Why?
      A: Because it can.

@@anthor5419 You failed to answer the question, in any real meaningful way! People also do a lot of things because they can, but it tells us nothing about why!

Because excepting that there is another intelligence on the same level or more advanced...
Is a mental challenge like no other when for eons hard programming over time has instilled there is only one.
When I learned firsthand 47 years ago that what presented itself to me contradicted everything I was ever taught at that point.
I, over time, learned many things that I still exercise in trying to intellectually accept the full scale of this reality.
At this point, the only conclusion I've gathered that will be the only answer to all of this is:
They come to us in a certain manner where it can't be denied.
It can only be done if that is a mutual choice.
And then they come directly,in an intimate manner of physical presence.
It's very hard to consider what would be the middle ground of comfort for both parties to engage in such a thing.
Sit with us,and communicate, well, here we are,we exist as you do.
My greatest concern came to be why haven't they done this, when it was made very clear they could.
Then I took a good hard look at us realistically, saw the rewards, saw the concerning things.
We have much work on ourselves to do before that can happen in the proper way it is possible.
They did with me,and others I know, they occasionally still show they are around.

3 days missing on that road. Nobody passed that car in 3 days and reported it? Hmm!

That would be a first. Never heard that before. Abduct the person and the vehicle there in. Something to ponder.

@@Redstar-f4e missing and never found aircraft. 3000 planes went missing in the Nevada triangle and only around 1200-1500 have ever been found later by search crew's.

Er, that's it? Bit more explanation needed, good sci-fi, well acted, the missing child, twist is brilliant and leads to supposition. Still needs a possible, longer vid, with answers, that, might not be obvious. (?)

finely done technically considering the low budget and all ... but so what? the only thing that was perhaps worth a watch was the bitchy jealous GF who didn't trust her partner and didn't want to understand her at all ...

On the technical side the work was job well done. But when it comes to the story and the actors it's still something that needs to be worked on, mostly the stiffness in the acting and the simplicity of the story writing and making because this kind of story of having an encounter has been repeated a million times now, if not literally a million times.
