I think there is something in law of attraction, but it's not just sitting in your room and imagining your ex coming back. You must come to a point of acknowledging that happiness you felt with your ex came within you and not from him/her. When you come to the point of "releasing your wish" meaning that you don't really need your ex in your life to be happy then he/she will come back or something better for you if that person isn't the best. Focus on yourself. Maybe this is not what we wanted, but it was something we needed. :-)
I am here to learn what is best for me during the break-up. It is hard, but The Love Chat videos really do help! I will be writing comment in the future about how everything went well in the end for me and I hope to encourage other people who are going through situation I am now! Time is everything, as Rory says!

At this moment in time and for the foreseeable future I'm concentrating on myself and finding who I am again, so I don't care whether he gets in touch or not. I've blocked him so would rather not know. 🍒
I was wondering if you have done a video on men being distant? It seems when they get overwhelmed they shut down. Hopefully a few men will give some comments on this to. Thank you 😊
I think it all depends on the person, but personally as a guy we are taught from a young age we can't really show our emotions to people because it makes us less-manly, so when men are having mental breakdowns or going through tough times we tend to completely shut down on the outside but mentally destroy ourselves on the inside. It's just kind of how it is, especially through text. I personally showed my feelings to my ex and when we were together and she appreciated that I did.

I ended up talking to my ex and she was aware of the no contact rule so now I’m actually gonna go into no contact for three months for a good laugh

Hi Rory! I know you're a logical science based guy so you don't believe in the law of attraction, the secret etc. Due to life experience and beliefs I truly DO believe in it; humor me here. What I'm struggling with is, without knowing what THEIR wishes are, it is ethical for me to manifest/attract/wish for them. The last thing I want is to manipulate or interfere with his free will.
My ex see we’re both 18 but she dumped me I didn’t talk to her for 6 days reached out and asked if she graduated from high school I told her we are not friends but then we did up having a conversation and it went pretty well one thing I noticed don’t over think shit just say what comes to your mine 😂🤷🏻♂️
