This is super helpful! Your channel is brilliant and has got me from being a beginner, knowing absolutely nothing, to knowing how to model in 3D. Thank you.
I really need to make a 3d object in AutoCad for our project, which is a HUGE chunk of our grades. This hero was the only guy I could understand. Clear, simple, and easy to follow instructions. Thank you man
An excellent tutorial, i started a course at college which sadly got cancelled due to covid. I have to say that this tutorial is on par, if not better than the college course. Straight forward and easy to follow without getting bogged down in minor details, excellent and thankyou for making it.
I was proficient in 2D but literally zero in 3D. watching this one video of yours has made me strengthened way more than you can ever imagine. Bundles of thanks!
I like that you give the drawing on the side first in case anyone wants to try it on their own first and check their work. That's really helpful and informative. Thank you sir
This is a great tutorial! I always come back to watch it if I was away from AutoCAD for too long. This video gives all the basic info you need to work on a 3D object and hence refreshed my memory. Excellent job!
@CAD CAM Tutorials Really Great Sir I Am In 12 And I Am Aiming For Mechanical Engineering In Future Its So Interesting I Have Started Learning Cad Cam At Home Your Tutorials Are Great.
That is amazing. Imagine knowing this stuff inside-out. I am trying to design something myself that just isn't sold in shops and this is the only reason I got started looking into AutoCAD. Sometimes when a part doesn't exist you just have to make it yourself, or have it made, but what do the people making the part need? An AutoCAD file. Either way this needs learning! It is an awesome thing to know how to do this stuff.
There's an error in your model. The center vertical part doesn't meet the cylinders correctly. When you zoomed in there was a flat (8:34)where it meets at the top of both cylinders, it shouldn't be there, they should mesh together. That vertical part should have cylindrical ends that meet flush with the other cylinders.
That's not an error. If the edges of the middle block met the edges of the circles then the top surface of the middle block would be curved, and that's not specified.
So many thanks! My university's professor taught us on mac but none from my class has a mac to reproduce the class on home. You saved me. Very didactic and fast, many thanks again!
Thank you so much sir for this,,this summarised by theoretical knowledge on autocad 3D...I can now model various objects because of this video. I look forward to watching your videos on solidworks, thank you
Wow thank you super helpful.. i wish i can follow and apply your tutorial lesson in actual cad drawing. Really it's super helpful as a beginner like me 😊
I'll recommend your tutorial for my class so they get to see another way to approach 3D drawing. I usually use the ViewCube and a non-wireframe view selected from the Visual Styles Control to change the appearance of the object and origin. Years ago my students decided that the "Cool Kids" should draw tangents to the circle by typing TAN as the line was drawn rather than turning off interfering snap settings.
Really good. I find myself pausing your video quite a bit since you move very quickly when trying to do concurrently, it would be awesome if you slowed down you steps by like 30% so I can keep up without pausing all the time.
At 5:13 you are doing it wrong. 47 is only from center to center, the size gets bigger on the sides. You have to do it with loft to make it exactly how it is.
yeah....you have to create a wedge in ACAD. This is just incorrect and is NOT the way you do it! One way is to revolve and then cut. You're able to show correct Mass of the object.
After having used 3DS Max, Blender, Inventor and Solidworks for years, AutoCAD feels so clumsy and hard to grasp. 15 years of 3D and CAD experience and feeling like a total noob lol

I was certified in CAD in 2004 but haven't used it since. This is exactly what I needed for my little home project. Thank you so much.
Probably the most intuitive autocad tutorial. You can learn a whole lot about autocad with what this guy did in just 10 min 👏🏽

Started visiting your channel 2 years ago for Solidworks help. Now I have my CSWP, and have an AutoCAD job & I have returned for more 😂💙
I can honestly tell you that I learned more about CAD through your videos compared to my college course subject.
Thank you 😊❤️
Thank you for this. Much more helpful than the Autodesk documentation (and forums lol) because you go over some basics through a small model.
Thank you for guiding me for our final exam today, it is a big help! Love from the Philippines ❤
Very useful and easy to learn. 10/10
This is by far the simplest tutorial for basic 3D modeling. Very helpful!

Really good. I find myself pausing your video quite a bit since you move very quickly when trying to do concurrently, it would be awesome if you slowed down you steps by like 30% so I can keep up without pausing all the time.
Pausing is one way but an alternate method is select the three vertical dots and select a slower playback speed. 75% doesn’t mess with the voice much.
Outstanding explanation bro tq 👌👌

Great tutorial, but think your rib is incorrect. The angled side should joint directly into the curve side.
yeah....you have to create a wedge in ACAD. This is just incorrect and is NOT the way you do it! One way is to revolve and then cut. You're able to show correct Mass of the object.
Can you please upload the video for the same?
