Quick note - some folks have mentioned unscrewing the front panel and flipping it. That would be the expedient route if yours is screwed on. I am uncertain whether there's a different version of the case out there but my back and front panels on both my NR200s (all made in 2020) are riveted in place. Yes, you can drill them out if you want to go that route, I didn't want to deal with that.

To be honest, that is a far more reversible mod than what you've done (especially when it comes to the power button), and it is also a lot easier to do. You can also use the side panel fan to house some slim 120mm fans to go with 2 slot cards.
And yes, the mod was anyways done by removing rivets. There arent any other variants.
Edit : there is a video by another person thats from last year. Search for Inverted Nr200 mod. In it he cuts a tiny bit from the front panel and thats all you need to invert the panel. No need to 3D Print anything.
Your mod is the only way one can use a 280 rad though. If you're going 240, the other mod would be better.

@@recyclebinladen5903 I actually did the inverted nr200 mod (drill out rivets). made a few cuts to the side radiator mount and was able to put it on top (with 2 plastic studs to remove from top cover), similar to the dual radiator mod. I'm running a 280 AIO without issue.

@@recyclebinladen5903 so my case has no rivets. All I need to do is flip it ? This is good news I was about to 3d print the part for 49 bucks 😆 🤣

    • @recyclebinladen5903

@@Kahilg You do have rivets in your case - remove the front panel and you can see 3 of them to the right of the SSD mounts. You need to drill them out. Its very easy and anyone can do it. You just need a small enough drill bit.
Once you remove the front panel, you have to cut off / file out a small bit as well. That's all there is to it.

As someone who recently built an NR200P I was honestly surprised that it wasn't setup out of the box for this radiator configuration, given that it's the most logical and best for liquid cooling.

I’ve done this mod and there’s a better mod imo. Look into modding the top hat. It allows you to mount two slim fans above your rad and you retain the ability to run your build without a riser cable Only reason you should do the inverted mod is if you have a rad thicker than around 35mm.

Question for you, I actually have a Max myself with 3080 Ti FE. I was thinking I could actually use a 70mm PCI-e riser cable instead of the 50mm cable that is included to space out the GPU closer to the vented side panel, and allow more room for airflow on the back of the GPU using the extra slot 3 slot space for my 2 slot GPU. Any idea if someone makes a 70mm PCIe 4 riser cable?

People want to use the glass panel to see all the RGB. Actually someone can build a cheap custom loop with the glass panel on, and without worrying air pocket goes into the pump.
