  • Relieve stress and reduce anxiety with this 30 minute full body strength-building workout! Strength training is such an awesome mood booster and we are going to combine some fun exercises for an awesome no repeat workout! Let's get refreshed and strong! Grab your dumbbells and let's go all in!
    30 MINUTE FUL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
    EQUIPMENT NEEDED
    - DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 40lbs / 4.5 - 18kg
    - EXERCISE MAT
    STRUCTURE
    18 TOTAL EXERCISES
    NO REPEAT
    WORK: 60 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS
    EXERCISE LIST
    - SQUAT AND PRESS
    - SUMO ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
    - BICEP CURLS
    - SIDE KICKS TO KNEE PULLS
    - SUMO SQUAT x 2 HAMMER CURLS x 2
    - SUMO SIDE BENDS
    - WALKOUT WITH TRICEP PUSHUPS
    - CHEST PRESS
    - GLUTE BRIDGE
    - RAINBOW - ONE SIDED
    - SWITCH SIDES
    - PRONE FROG PUMPS
    - ALTERNATING ARNOLD PRESS
    - SUMO DEADLIFT
    - LATERAL HOP (OR STEP)

    Just wanted to let you know that I am obese and disabled and this workout was brilliant for adapting to my capabilities - sitting in my chair where possible and managing to join in with some of the squats. Made me feel very empowered and got me dripping with sweat so thank you !

    Finally found a dumbbell workout were the instructor is actually talking. So many videos appears good but just music and no talking… Some of us needs instructions!! Thanks for the engagement during the video 👏🏾👏🏾

    So I have taken a week off from my usual routine of doing 2 of your videos a week due to a death in my family. But today after I got done work and grocery shopping and putting groceries away I told myself that I really need to do a workout because I've been feeling so anxious and pent up and I need to move my body.     Gotta say, I loved the cardio moves in this one. As someone who usually dislikes any off-bike cardio, I found the ones you mixed in fun, challenging, and at the same time manageable. Great workout--I will have to save this one for rainy days!

    I usually love your workouts. Did not like this one. Too much of same thing back 2 back, push upd, side planks, etc. Really did not enjoy.

      i just finished this workout and i am wondering if you commented on the wrong video? there were no side planks at all and only 60 seconds of a walkout tricep pushup, no other pushups... it was a great upper and lower body workout with a little cardio in-between!
