    This looks like me when my 2 dogs want to work out with me. Every time I plank, they get underneath me to help me up, hahaha! I enjoyed this workout. Super sets are my favorite. ❤❤

    As I am a little behind, I could see what was coming up and I didn't think I was going to last that long 😅but I did and time seemed to fly with these circuits. I am so grateful for the reminders about form and taking time with some exercises as I do have a back that loves to arch! Really concentrating in the Dead Bug helped enormously 🐞😺Thank you so much 💕

    Can you add some cursory stretches for a cool down? Doesn't have to be long, 2-3min max. thanks for the workouts and keep talking to your dogs throughout!
