Hi, my wifi signal becomes much weaker when 30 devices are connected in the same time in comparison with 10 devices. Would it help to ask the guests to connect to the 5 GHZ and free up the 2.4 Ghz for our domestic use?
Or it will be the same problem as the device is still handling 30 devices after all? Thank you

it depends on your overall internet speed and total band of the home connection. Gigabit internet should handle 30 devices, but not while there are high demands like downloads of games or multiple streaming or torrents

There are 2 possible reasons that come to mind:
1. The devices you are using don't support 5 GHz WiFi, therefore they are unable to see the network.
2. (Unlikely, especially if you didn't modify your router settings): The Router has the 5 GHz network disabled in the settings page.

I wonder if Best Buy has any tips on connecting a stereo to a TV because when I watch TV I noticed that there are lines that people say off screen and they don't come out very clear
