Thank you for offering these mediations. I love to share them with others. My "self care" routine began about ten years ago, but up until that point I was on a very self destructive path. Rewiring my mindset and replacing bad habits with good ones has completely repaved my life's path, and provided me with the mental tools to process my feelings and emotions in a healthy manner. I'm very grateful for all the support I openly receive, and will continue to reciprocate that support to the world.

Just found your channel via YT algorithm. I was trying to listen but is there a way in which the music could not be as loud? I am starting my practice and i think your channel could be fantastic. However, I couldn't focus on your voice over the music.

I love the person who voice overs these mediations but I feel like this one was too all over the place, which was distracting for me when others that you’ve made are to the point and focusing on the breathing. I wasn’t able to finish this one since it was Scattered
I couldn't listen to all of this one as I found the background music too invasive sorry 😢
