Drove a brand New Red Peterbuilt Truck for 2 hours one time I was kind scared at first but it was Awesome experience thanks for the trucking Lessons and having the Chance to learn to drive one

Wow Wow 🤩 you all are so brave, I stop by your video because this my my grandson 3rd day on the road in training learning to drive a 18 wheeler and yesterday he got so frustrated he said he had to pull over because he couldn’t think, so I started yesterday watching different videos to get an ideal of what may be his biggest challenge or what may cause the most frustration, so I will know how and what to pray about. Thank you.

It's a bit late but the biggest headaches he will face on the road is cars bobbin and weaving and doing stupid things right in front of him and he can't stop on a dime

I used to ride in 18 wheel truck back in 2004 or 2005 at first I got a little nervous but that's okay I also had trouble getting it because basically I could barely get on the seat itself. However I enjoyed it and besides that I sure love to do that again one of these days well hopefully with a lady trucker I think she's more better than a man trucker that is

Those are a pain. I think they frustrated the dispatchers more than the drivers! Thankfully I had one of the older trucks in our fleet and never had to deal with it.
My dad put me in one and said he had to go load log skidders learn how to drive it and I'll meet u back at the shop but that was the old days u couldn't let a kid do that anymore that was back in the 80s that's how I learned

Been driving 42 years and trained several drivers. Last idiot kept talking about automatic in trucks. Hope he got one because he couldn’t shift if his life depended on it. Told him to go back accounting and forget trucking.
I was hoping the girls would try to get it into second gear! Get them to watch my video "3 Ways To Shift a 13 Speed" and put a video of them driving. Now THAT would be fun! Let me know when they do it. I'll be waiting.

A ten speed is alot eaiser to learn how to drive
Speakin of semi trux I very rarely see any of the other kind "cabovers" around here n 🇺🇸 nowadays although the length limit increased over the years. Back n the 1980s I use to see cabovers everywhere & they were easier to turn, park, & maneuver n than conventional cabs.
