I really like the temporary randomization for create endless interesting fills but can't see anyway of getting the midi for it or recording the midi output. Is there any plan to add these features?

So the idea is to select different patterns as smart depending on the track? Ie songs in 2 quite different styles would have likely have 2 different selections of smart sources? It's not one set-and-forget selection of everything? If I have this right, are the groups of smart tracks savable on a preset basis? So you can switch between song, say in a live situation, and have appropriate smart sources for each preset? (note I haven't used playbeat before)
The SMART Algorithm will affect the plugin as a whole like any of the other randomization modes that are available. Although we do work for the option to 1.Optionally combine the available genre tagging in the algorithm and 2.Allow the creation of subfolders within the SMART folder main group.
Is there any interaction possible between Playbeat and Maschine?
I have absolutely no idea how to get this working as an auv3 instrument in Logicpro iPad.
It’s an utter mystery.
I have to export wav files and import them.

If you do the smart feature genre sensitive, then you are on to something, but if you get trap programming in the house beat you are working on, then they won't work well.
Thanks for the feedback. Genre based randomization is coming with our new update, probably we will be able to combine it with the Smart algorithm via the tagging system but still the results will not be 100% unique for each individual user, whereas the Smart algorithm achieves total personalisation as it is designed to use your own inputs only.
Perhaps multiple custom Smart Folders will provide greater flexibility. Stay tuned ✌️
@@audiomodern to my opinion you made the right move with smart adopting algorythm. Generating trap is way to primitive for such a software but of course it should generate it after demand. Can't waite to see next move to the next playbeat update 🤝
