Hello Lindsey. First for all great review. It is interesting to see the usage of that gloves in swimmming context, because i had one from B-Max only for bodyboard. Those are great to help get more speed to catch the waves. It help to the have posture in strocke when you are in the start of the wave. The diference are in the fingers. The speedo one that you have is open, mine are closed.

This is great, thank you for reviewing :) I'm after something to add resistance to my swim sessions and have considered everything from weighted vests, wrist and weight ankles and even weighted forearm sleeves. I think though these will be a good step forward.

Paddles make your pull a lot stronger and you go faster, but these create a lot of drag to the point where you go pretty slow. 🤗😘

I'm 5'6" and I wear a size 28. 😋 My legs are most of my height, though, so I have a shorter torso (my body loop measurement is 56"). :)

See, I think that if you were to wear these for a longer amount of time it could harm your shoulders if your technique weren´t next to perfect. this is because they create a lot of drag and make pulling really tough, but they also do not "adjust" your pulling technique like paddles do. However this is only what I could imagine, and maybe I am wrong.
Yep, I wouldn't recommend these for beginners who are still learning the strokes, and even if you're more advanced, still be careful that you don't let your strokes fall apart. 🤗
