I just mentioned the staples of my diet, i eat other things in moderation as well like sweet potatoes, quinoa, and many different vegetables.

Hello there 🎉 my favorite breakfast are two, the first one is eggs, with something that there in latinoamérica we called arepa 🫓 with cheese inside of it, and some coffee, and the other one is scrambled eggs with tomato onion, and, some oatmeal with milk and banana o another fruit, that two are delicious and with a lot of protein, fats and carbohydrates, the best to start the day I think hehe

I use the one minute oats and just pour it in jar or container, add my oats milk, half spoon of peanut butter, chia seed, half organic banana and mix all together and store in refrigerator overnight and morning comes, it’s ready to eat!!
