    -I eat a variety of fruits for breakfast
    -A variety of nuts with cranberries for snacks
    -Broccoli and cauliflower or a large salad and grilled chicken for dinner
    -Salmon once or twice a week to switch it up
    I lost 30 pounds on this diet in 3 months, also exercising for 30-45 minutes and walking 30 minutes a day. Walking is the key to losing fat!

      @@Tcam0720 It was ok for me, i eat many different fruits and add many different things to my salads, i've been trying to build muscle the last few months, so i've added steak and lamb chops to my rotation. I just mentioned the staples of my diet, i eat other things in moderation as well like sweet potatoes, quinoa, and many different vegetables.

    Hello there 🎉 my favorite breakfast are two, the first one is eggs, with something that there in latinoamérica we called arepa 🫓 with cheese inside of it, and some coffee, and the other one is scrambled eggs with tomato onion, and, some oatmeal with milk and banana o another fruit, that two are delicious and with a lot of protein, fats and carbohydrates, the best to start the day I think hehe

I use the one minute oats and just pour it in jar or container, add my oats milk, half spoon of peanut butter, chia seed, half organic banana and mix all together and store in refrigerator overnight and morning comes, it’s ready to eat!! Very nutritious!! Njoy!!

    im a vegetarian and I have all these in my nutrition (-meats) except greek yoghurt. it has just been long time since i haven’t bought one. avoiding soy- temph as well. would just add (pea)nut butter, hamp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cottage cheese, mozarella, brown rice, whole grain bread. cheers 💪

      Lol soy is the best. Why do you avoid it? is it because you can only buy GMO? The natural one. contains spermidine that is anti-aging to an extent and has a lot of protein within itself.
