Sun Quan was just the one that declare Emperorcy and unrighteousness seized Jing Province, so personally, Sun Ce being the founder of one of three kingdoms makes more sense to me.
Sun Jian had planted the seeds for the family, Sun Ce had nurtured the lands for the family, and Sun Quan reaps what his predecessors have sown, with varying results!

The event where Liu bei invites you to join him fires when you are following the historical route. It requires you head north and to sit and recruit some units for a few turns. It happens after the "lu bu takes a pause" event. You remain at war with Cao Cao but by recruiting units and not fighting Liu bei will intercede for you.
I'm looking forward to this campaign, I did a similar campaign in Attila Total War recently as the Huns where I razed every settlement to the ground. It's gonna be fun for sure.
Been fun to watch this and see your reactions. Yeah I love Lu Bu's campaign and I always wipe out Cao Cao's generals but let him taken Chen, then go to Liu Bei and let him take me in. Then backstab him and get Liu Bei, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei and (crucially) Zhao Yun. If I really tryhard I make a route to He Yi beforehand but can't always be bothered. I love Lu Bu!
Tried this one some time ago, got entangled with Cao Cao too many turns and the F*** keep expanding north and not fighting me for some reason, worried about the schemes i got too deep and attrition and retinues got me little by little, the nail in the coffin was that everyone arround didnt like that and declared war on me on the same turn, glad you are taking the torch
If you take a city in the spring season and it maybe has a building that you need to get a reform there at the time, then let it get captured after you have the reform?
I played this game style. it's very fun. you should make it more fun by only playing lubu + 1 treb + daio chan. it forces you to fight every single battle. If you cant get to He ye early, he respawns again later into the south on the yellow turban rebels
I noticed Zhang Liao is one of the targets as part of the 5 elite generals set. Is the only way to get his bonus to kick him out then find him again and kill him?

Question about micro…is it worth maintaining momentum for the movement reset if you are in range for your next battle without it? You could then just reset the movement after that battle and not suffer exhaustion for that 2nd battle. I know with Zhang Liao is less relevant, but that’s how I’ve always done the math in my head.
I saw you did a speed up the movement thingy right before the xiahou dun flght. Is there like a keyboard key that you press to do it? Coz i always have to wait for end of turn screen and then try to speed things up in terms of army movements.

How does fatigue immunity interact with the fatigue penalty from keeping momentum? Does Lu Bu not suffer from that penalty if he has that trait from Zhao Yun?
not anytime soon simply because it is hard to get the AI to do what you want for things to be historical. Like Liu Bei lost his whole life so it was easy for me to lose on purpose to the AI and give them land to make it look historical, but with Cao Cao, what if when I need to fight Guandu, but AI Yuan Shao is super weak, or when I need to fight Chibi and Sun Ce is still alive etc.
I've seen you reading Chinese in other videos, how confident are you of the character's name's pronunciation? I ask because I've been reading some Chinese novels recently (translated to English) and I've been having some trouble pronouncing some of the names.

Another way would be to make him a spy and then hope he gets picked up and put in an army. It's a really annoying one to complete in the list.

If there is no potential third battle then yes or else maintain full movement allows the most potential
