Can you just replace the motor part of the mirror? My Corolla is silver and a black mirror would would really out place.
Not sure if you could find one from Toyota but the motor alone would be very expensive if you can. I painted mine and they came out amazing. You just need color a match aerosol can and 2K clear-coat. 😎
I don't have power window, so is it still the same way to remove it?
It still should be same way, but if you have a handle to roll up the window then there will be an extra step to remove it. usually a pin to push in or clip I’m back that releases handle 😎.

Thank you! Yes there is but you have to be extremely careful prying it out ever so gently. If the glass mirror is broken anyway I would wear thick gloves so you don’t get cut and try it. You just have to be careful not to break the tabs and clips that hold the glass to the housing. If you do then you need a new housing anyway so you have nothing to lose. I can’t speak for the quality of these as I have never used them, but Toyota oem mirrors will be a lot more expensive. Here is just the glass mirrors-
