      Half the stuff he said was top tier discoveries for the bodybuilding world but the other half was complete nonsense

      @@LETHALEGEND I will admit that some of his ideas were a bit stupid but his stuff is legit I’ve made pretty decent gains from it myself. I wished he hadn’t given up tho because he’d probably be one of the best Mr Olympias known to man. His theory on being able to stimulate growth if he had actually gotten to figure it out man bodybuilding would’ve been changed forever

    Everybody is different other than calories in vs calories out which is universal everyones body reacts differently to different macros some people do well with high carbs. Some people cannot tolerate them. Some people do well with high fat and no carbs. Some people cannot tolerate that. Everybody needs to learn their own body

    I hope you guys all heard, that they considered 300g of carbs a day „high carb“. Some people out there call that sh!t almost keto 😂

    • @HerrMeier007
      @HerrMeier007 2 місяці тому

      Yeah assuming he eats 200g of protein in his 4000kcal then that’s almost 200g of fat which is wild 😅😂

      Two years of training is a lot. Some of these men trained 10, 15 years. Started young. Then there’s genetics. Even if you juiced yourself up to your ears, you might not achieve what they were capable of.
