Everybody is different other than calories in vs calories out which is universal everyones body reacts differently to different macros some people do well with high carbs. Some people cannot tolerate them. Some people do well with high fat and no carbs. Some people cannot tolerate that. Everybody needs to learn their own body
From last two years I watch these clips and working hard whatever they says I eat but not take steroids which they don't said openly and I am not even close to what they look like...
Two years of training is a lot. Some of these men trained 10, 15 years. Started young. Then there’s genetics. Even if you juiced yourself up to your ears, you might not achieve what they were capable of.

I love hearing these old bodybuilders talk, they’re some of the most passionate people I know
Tom Platz specifically
None of the mass monsters come close!
People dog on him but Mentzer was a really smart man whether they like him or not
Half the stuff he said was top tier discoveries for the bodybuilding world but the other half was complete nonsense

Terrible Audio with a Great message...!
300 carbs xD
Yeah it's easy when you are on gear and young .....
I hope you guys all heard, that they considered 300g of carbs a day „high carb“. Some people out there call that sh!t almost keto 😂
Yeah assuming he eats 200g of protein in his 4000kcal then that’s almost 200g of fat which is wild 😅😂
well 300 gr of carbs isnt low by any means
@@Trendle222 thats nearly 1 kg of cooked rice. Thats much in a diet. And He ist right.

Yes I am talking about this video clip
That’s coz your not training like Joel Kellett. Look him up. He’s the closest a natural will ever get to achieving 70/80’s style Olympia physiques.
I agree it was definitely the carbs, not the steroids.
Are you dumb?
You sound ridiculous, everyone was on them, and for many years before and after, I think he knows what he's talking about steven
Stupid statement, Steve. It was the norm for most pros in competition to use roids.

You couldn't do 50% of what he did with 200% of the resources. Keep commenting loser
It was the carbs, not the steroids

U do it
Be a better example. Stop trivialising other people's achievements.
They all were. Your comment has no point. Are you gonna complain that swimmers swim in water also?
Unfortunately he was friend s with the judges 😢
turn the music up, i can still hear him
