  • Let's get to that air filter.
    Ignore my excess wires - I installed dashcams
    Tools I used:
    Ryobi Impact Driver
    Impact Adapter (3/8" Drive)
    6" Extension (3/8" Drive)
    10mm Socket (3/8" Drive)
    5mm Hex (3/8" Drive)
    4mm Hex (3/8" Drive)
    Impact Adapter (1/4" Drive)
    10" Extension (1/4" Drive)
    8mm Socket (1/4" Drive)
    3mm Allen
    Fastener Removal Tool
    Angled Scribe

    thanks for sharing... just did my 1st coolant flush, wow, all the fairings and plastic trim pieces on this ballistic missile... that said all the wind protection on the freeway especially on colder days is awesome...

      I have the '11 also and just did my first coolant flush.. Do you know if this particular bike pulls coolant from the recovery bottle if the radiators low to make sure it's always filled.?. Only because to take the radiator cap off to add coolant you have to take off the whole right side fairing to make sure it's full and that's a total pain in itself😢

    Look at how filthy that was. And you obviously do work on your bike. Imagine the ones that aren’t looked after?! People seem to forget that air is required for performance

    I have the same bike it's not that bad just kill two birds with one stone and do a coolant flush while you're in there😉
