    I've declined medication for my heart and have changed my diet instead. I'm feeling much better and always believed I never needed what I was offered, beta blockers, statins, blood thinners. Thank God for all the wonderful doctors on you tube that have taught me so much on how to improve my own health. Big up to all of them.

    I left my former doctor because when I told her my symptoms she would say”what do expect at your age”, or send me to her friend who is a gastroenterologist . One time I told her I hadn’t taken any of my medications for three weeks. She was shocked and asked me what happened. I said “ not a damn thing “.

    Most people who have had a heart attack usually take a baby aspirin every day . I’ll stick with what my cardiologist recommends. • @HeartDiseaseCode
      @HeartDiseaseCode  6 місяців тому +1

      That's quite an interesting experience! It’s surprising how medication regulations can vary so much from one country to another. The situation with baby aspirin needing a prescription and the limitation on Atorvastatin dosage are good examples of these differences. It's always a good idea to check local regulations when traveling and ensure you have enough medication for your trip.
      We're glad you were able to replace your prescriptions without too much hassle. If you have any concerns about your medication or dosage, make sure to consult your healthcare provider once you're back home. Stay healthy and safe on your travels!

      I am not 100%, but it seems I heard or read that statins are banned in Japan. You can bring them in for personal use, but they are not prescribed.
      If you find the variance of medication regulations country to country interesting. You should look into the crap the FDA authorities food manufacturers to add into our food that is banned in most other countries.

    Don't use a nasal decongestant, pick you nose instead, go to the bathroom where you can't be seen.😂

    Totally unexpected, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!

    Do women get ED if not Why ? If yes how.

    • @EdzoH86
      @EdzoH86 5 місяців тому +1

      No. Biological women don't have penises, therefore don't get erections. Only biological men can get erectile dysfunction.
