This is my absolute favorite go-to chicken recipe to serve to guests! With pasta or polenta on the side... And a big green salad with crusty Italian bread. This lovely man is a keeper! There's never a morsel left !
several years ago I was watching a Cox & Crendor podcast and Crendor mentioned that he was watching this "Italian grandpa that has a cooking youtube channel." Ever since then I have watched as many of OrsaraRecipes' videos as I can. Love this man.
I made this 2 times each time was different, I was marsala as well. The second time I added mushrooms Next time I might make rice with it Love this dish
I remember as a child my mother making this dish for our family but she added chunks of potato to it as well , it was truly delicious time at the dinner table 🍷🍷.
….I haven’t a clue who this guy is as I don’t follow him he just came up in the feed…. I watch Chef Jean-Pierre all of the time …..but If you put water in the pan with the sausage initially…add a little oil and let the water evaporate, then let it fry & brown in the residual oil, the sausage plumps up and is super moist…
The reason is when your coming home and have no time to watch videos ppl don't stay on top watch. You have to keep them short.ppls attention they don't have time. At lady that's what you tube says to me as a suggestion. 5 min but not 25 min. Ppl don't have time to watch water boil. Have it done already. To keep ppls interest recipe is in the transcript click the more box to see.
@@gypsygirl731 There's nothing to say you can't watch a bit here and a bit there. It's not just about the recipe, it's about spending some time with this fantastic chef and enjoying his banter and his skill. But I agree in so far as most people these days have attention deficit disorder and can't keep their attention focused on anything longer than a youtube short. These videos used to be between 15 and 25 minutes long and now we have to shorten them to four minutes because otherwise people lose interest ? Is that where the world is now ?
Perhaps he can't afford break or red meat. He was on a lot of pasta. Maybe at age 83 he's on a fixed budget. He does well and he is limited time to keep videos quick and easy
Ever since I lost my grandparents watching Pasquale, and Gina from buon a petitti has been such a comfort to me
Same for me. Chef Pasquale sounds just like my grandpa Joe. Giuseppe
Same for me. I lost my parents within the last 5 years. He’s wonderful. Makes me smile watching his videos.
Anch’io
Same here
Bhabu the Indian reactor is also a wholesome UA-cam grandpa.

Love this dish
I am saving this and making it this weekend! Thank you! Cin Cin!!
My home town was mainly Italian, oh, the scent in those houses, you can't bottle that, but you can cook it.
Delicious. Thanks you ANd I love listening to your Signore. My father was from Bari. He has passed. But your voice reminds me of him. Thank you
Great looking dish ! I always peel the casings off the sausage much better that way
Adding to my favorite dishes
Now it's in my menu! Thank you so much!
I just Pasquale he’s the grandpa I never had ❤

Nice dish.
Pasquale you are the best!!!’
Q: Papa Pasquale, would it be OK to add some thinly sliced fennel to this? Sauté with the onions?
Ooh moma mia’ that looks so delicious Salute’ TYFS
This looks so good. And I heard that it's 'really, really good' (from the Chef himself).

need to make a limoncello brand dedicated to this man
I agree
I add calamata olives. It’s my favorite meal.
He’s sooooo sweet!!!❤
Can you please mention what you eat for a side order with your meals?❤
Bravo 👍

Wonderful Senior
Oh Yeah Baby ... Chin Chin😜
YesYesYes!
Bravissimo.... mangiare !
So nice to see you are still alive I did your recipes during covid
Is this a really, really older video? I can see the old white stove is back. Pasquale also looks a bit younger, and he does not have his family wine.
Nice…
Hi guys, no printable recipe for this one?
Damn, that looks excellent.
I hear Italian accents a lot, but this guy sounds exactly like my best friends grandmothers accent, where is this guy from in Italy? What part.
Cin Cin 🍷
You change your stove again or its an old video ???
You're a true die hard fan. It's an old video.
He reminds me of my uncle
Where are you from?
Borat is a Goodfella now?
I like-a it a lot!
🤤🤤
❤
Bismillah ❤
Thank you for using chicken with skin and bones, the way God intended. LOL
Four minutes ? Why are the videos so heavily edited and short ?

Otherwise the videos would be 2+ hours long

@@luciano-km7mq I did say "heavily edited".
A 15 minute video, like they used to be, would have been far more enjoyable than a heavily edited short.

It's his channel. Don't like it, don't let the door hit you where the dog should've bit you!
If I was to make this recipe it would feed me for a two weeks, it’s too much food for one or two People 😪😪😪
It really isn't... You'll see...
Just adjust the proportions. You can make a smaller batch.
Says who?
Looks awesome. I hope I can use chicken breasts instead.
Chicken breasts why not
Dark meat is more juicy and flavor he preferred.
Nope. Don't do it.
THIS AN ALBANIAN RECIPE NOT ITALIAN
Why so many chicken dishes? I think you should change it up a little bit.

Deliziosa Ben fatto Sei apprezzato vikkik from New york
Traditionally, people from southern Italy eat very little beef compared to chicken or pork. Both are in this dish. LOL
looks great.......except for the chicken thighs part 🤮🤣
