I just started watching his videos and I am astounded. He seems awesome and has amazing cooking skills and knows his stuff. He definitely appears to be hardcore Italian. I'm learning a lot from him.
I get a kick out of it too! Especially when he coughs again and then takes a swig of the wine! LOL! Reminds me of my father when he used to eat that stuff. He's bald and would start to sweat and kept blotting his head with a paper towel but kept eating. And he would say "whoooo....whooo..woof" and pat his head!! LMAO! My late mother thought it was the most stupid and ridiculous thing she ever saw! 😂. But hey...the man is still alive at 92!
Chef Pasquale, I made this wonderful dish for dinner tonight. Believe me, I have no natural talent for cooking and certainly no formal training. I’m learning so much from you, and learning that preparing delicious food doesn’t have to be complicated. A couple of weeks ago I made homemade tomato sauce from tomatoes from my garden, following your recipe, of course. The sauce is amazing. Thank you for sharing your family recipe! Your channel is truly a blessing to me and so many others. Thank you for what you do and for sharing your passion. All the best to you, sir.
I want to thank you for all your delicious recipes. I brought my mom mrs rigazio home from nursing home on hospice because she was losing so much weight even thou she was getting feeding through her feeding tube and once I started cooking your food she was eating so good and came off hospice. My children and I enjoy your foods so much and feel so satisfied after eating. So thanks so much!!!! Leah
This looks amazing. Thank you so much for sharing these videos. I am Italian but I grew up without much family and I’ve always wanted to find the the authentic recipes for these dishes and thanks to you now I have found them. I am definitely going to make this for my husband soon!
My mom's favorite. Made this recently for mom for our weekly Sunday lunch. She loved it! And of course I did too! So glad I found your wonderful recipes!
I like the way he does this, most chicken parm recipes are basically the same, but he does something I also do, he seasons EVRYTHING even the oil, I love that. I think it defiantly adds flavor !
I watched this and made it the same night................FABULOUS! He made it look sooo easy and it was. I will be making it all the time. Love your videos, please keep them coming.
Thank you! Excellent recipe. Made it last night and the family loved it. Came out perfect with chicken so tender. I faked the sauce by adding some cabernet red wine and parmesan to grocery marinara. Not bad at all on the fly and very tasty.
Never had chicken breast this tender...ever. Usually dry and dull and chewy. But if you cook it this way, in the oil and then the oven its like you cant lose! TIPS: Do pound out the chicken breast with a hammer (in a bag); helps to tenderize. Also, after seasoning chicken with salt and pepper, allow to sit in fridge for an hour; helps to further tenderize. Bon Appetite
This is my favorite Italian dish. Back east where I come from, there are a lot of Italian restaurants that serve this dish. Here in Iowa there is no good Italian restaurants. I’m missing it
If it serves chicken parmigiana is not a good Italian restaurant but, maybe it could be a good Italian/American restaurant, in Italy this recipe doesn't exist and we don't eat spaghetti as a side.
@@gio7799 snooty people like you are a dime a dozen. Next you're going to say they don't eat "Chinese food" in China. Like we needed the clarification.
@Hingle McCringleberry Lots of people all over south are Italian, Irish, German etc. His name is Missouri traveller. Could be from St. Louis, KC, etc. Or his roots stated around one of those areas like my Irish family and STL. The Mississippi moved at lot of ppl.
Damn! I'm first! I'm never first at anything. That's the way my Mom made it, She always had to have three colors so there was Parsley or Paprika on everything. Thanks for the video.
Made this recipe for the family this evening and it was stellar! Used gluten free bread crumbs and skipped the flour. Followed the balance of the directions and the result was superb! Not taking credit, I just followed the directions. Thanks for the recipe Chef, trying your other suggestions soon!
I Just found your videos about two weeks ago. I have already made 3 of your recipes. My husband and I Loved each of them. So glad we found you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of cooking great food.
This man is a national treasure and I wish he was my 3rd Grandpa.

The parmigiana looks fantastic.
Lmbo right that hot pepper he make me want to try it every time until he coughs

It’s the little things like the garlic in the oil that makes ALL the difference in cooking.
Im from Bensonhurst Brooklyn and thats new to me, but makes perfect sense.
Honestly it barely does anything
@@pioneltapinessi947 it does let you know when the oil is hot. (Did it tonight)
Pauli used a razor blade.
He sliced the garlic so thin it would liquify one the pan with just a little oil
@@PassportBrosBusinessClass ....Maybe a truffle cutter could work too, but risky with fingers so close to the blade.

I love the Italian thin breading it allows for much more of the meat to be taste vs tasting mostly breading.
