Well that's desperation does. The Nasuverse Mages gains there power through mystery and the old(technically the Root). As the Age of god ended so did the close connection to their sources and thus moving to the modern way of their so called "Experiments" of these "Great" organizations.
I actually want a Nasuverse series about one(or more) crazy, talented and powerful mage who is just tired of the secrecy of the mage world at large and does everything in his power to turn the three factions on their heads
As much as I would love that as well, it kinda goes against the entire concept of the nasuverse, and unless Maintaining Secrecy is just a conspiracy (or something like Fate/Requiem happens) it's kinda impossible unless that one mage just wants to fuck everyone over.
I wonder sometime if Harry Houdini should be part of the Nasuverse as a mage or very talented human and a servant later. Due to the fact in real life he was the guy that although viewed by many as a powerful spiritualist medium, and had performed many of his stunts by means of paranormal abilities was just a normal guy that knew how to do tricks and spent a lot of his time debunking psychics and mediums, a pursuit that inspired and was followed by latter-day stage magicians. In the Nasuverse either Houdini's training in magecraft allowing him do these magic tricks for the public for a profit and slowly introduce the world to Magecraft. Making those part of the MA or independent feel nervous and mad that someone was puling back the curtains of their little world. Or he was just a normal muggle with such high luck he discover mages but label them as fakes using his human non mana tricks to expose both fakes and real mages.
That or have your standard slight of hand magician manifest as a servant and because people believed it their servant form can actually perform their illusions for real.
Interesting to see how atalas works like genius neets who never go out. I think lb 3 will talk about more of the smaller details. Also since most of the magus don't have circuits I feel if I was open shinji could have been sent there instead. Do u think the alchemist can do things similar to the elric brothers in FMA! Am just wondering why is most if not all alchemist are non-African when alchemy in this world is based of Egypt and the descendants are of Egyptian god and is located in Egypt Will we also get a lesson on Egyptian magic
@@OtakuDaiKun what a shame but don't u think enkidu has the power of FMA and will there be a lesson on the difference between mystic eye and true eyes and loving ur videos very informative 👌💥💯
Alchemy might have originated, in part, in Egypt, but it really hit its stride as it made its way to Europe. Thus, most people are familiar with the more european version of alchemy (albedo, rubedo etc). Even in, say Mage The Ascension (which is very much in-depth) alchemy is almost completely the purview of the Order of Hermes, instead of the Ahl-i-Batin. Another explanation is that, well, it's anime. Everyone looks very, very similar due to the limitations of the art and the primary target group (otherwise, few characters would look anything like their anime counterparts). The entire anime could have done with some more african magic styles being represented (i.e. various shamistic methods, spirit summoning etc). Just don't look at Nasuverse for occult lore.
No on the FMA bit from we seen in both Melty Blood and Tsukihime most Alchemy combat tools have to be built before hand (bar Sion Wires) making the Alchemy in Nasuverse slower as apposed to FMA speedy transmutation circle's of course this is as of modern info with Nasu's track record concerning his rules the moment he expand on Alchemy might discredit this comment
Do you mean sub-sahara? Because a look at Gilgamesh and Semiramis is all it takes to see the influence of those civilizations on the lore of the Nasu match their historical importance. Alexander the great, the quintesential conqueror of West Civilization, when reached Babylon was completely entranced, this is the place from where all richs, wisdow, philosopy, morals and religions spring to and from, occupying the cultural relevancy ancient Grecce had to the Romans, France had in the XIX century and New York has today; he learned there what means to be a king of kings, decided he would die there and so he did. Remember jews are basicaly mexicans, whatever their culture was in their origin, it was completely changed when they met the conquistadors, jews were enslaved for generations to all cultured that mattered and painted in their colours. Even when these people fell in decline the morals and mindset that allowed them to rise was memeticaly codifed in the Old Testament, there isn't one tale there we can't find in other civilizations through cultural idiosyncracy, and is one of the three pilars of modern western culture. Said that if Cleopatra was a descendent of Alexandre' general, Pitolomeu then is not far fetch to think she was white, there was a lot of diaspore because of him, one could say he was the first globalist. So takin Sion as the common example is a bit far fetch since and since she is one of the two alchemists from Atlas we have seen so far and one of them was a vanila human while the homunculu looks indian.
Fun fact: Spiritrons might have an irl equivalent that is still being researched to this day, biophotons, this is a type of bioluminescense but is in truth is more akin with the bioelectric currents that run through our nervous systems!

Hello again and as you would expect, once again was an excellent and also informative and video and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart
Wait... So if I am understanding this right the "end of the world" that was predicted at atlis was most likely Grand Orders main plot. That would make anything and everything they did to stop it meaningless because in all times Solomon Exists The demon Gautia will rise and wipe everything off the map including them at the time. The things they made would have been a good send for ritska in almost all his battles.
Honestly not necessarily. The nasuverse has a handful of events that could be considered the end of the world. It's hard to say which one they're referring to. Atlas is mostly developed in Melty Blood.
Wonder what they would think of spaceships becoming gods through gaia granting them authoritys. My question is what there ai were like before human worship forced gaia to change them.
The wandering sea caught my attention, but their lack of empathy for magecraft and our state of things makes them seem a bit snobby and distant. Love the idea of the Atlas Institute, a shame the geniuses are locked there to not change our world with their discoveries.
That is the Gun God. The main character of Angel Notes and wielder of the Black Barrel in the apocalyptic future known as the Land of Steel. He is the one that destroys Type Venus's main body with the weapon.
Normally an organization would have opposing groups to serve as checks and balances, but the Mage's Association just seems more chaotic by comparison.
Mage's Association is more like treachery and backstabbing organization.
Mordred would fit right in with those treacherous people
Well they dont care about morals, but only their research so.... kind of spected

My theory/headcanon is he was a mage and ascended to servanthood.

I was always curious about Atlas ever since I played Fate/Extra and meet Rani.
"What happens in Atlas, stays in Atlas" So in other word's build/create here the clocktower can't know about it.
This is good information. I am working on an outline of a fanfiction that has Rani in it and the info on Atlas really help with how to use her.
