    Thanks for the review! This is making me so excited to get my new 2021!. In 2010 (age 19) I bought a 2007 V6 (210 HP) Mustang Convertible (torch red) with cloth seats and very limited options! Loved the thing! I sold that in February of 2018 (age 27) and bought a 2016 4-cylinder turbo (310 HP) this time with black leather interior and the touch screen etc. definitely an upgrade but still not my dream vehicle. Yesterday I ordered a 2021 Mustang Premium GT Convertible (Race red) with performance active exhaust, upgraded air intake (essentially the Mach-1) engine but in the GT convertible package (480 HP) with red leather interior, upgraded sound system and subwoofer, voice control touch screen with navigation, adaptive cruise control, black racing stripe, dual hood vents digital dash cluster etc etc. finally after 11 years and by age 30 I worked my way up to my dream mustang!! My car gets delivered in 6-8 weeks! $53,440 MSRP plus the $2000 special order upgrade for the upgrade to make it the Mach-1 (480 HP) engine. Watching videos like this to pass the time for the next 6-8 weeks

    Love these cars, have been a Mustang guy since I was about 8 years old and my grandfather brought home a 79 fox body that I eventually inherited as a first car. I’ve owned 3 additional fox’s (2 of which were convertibles) and just got a 21 GT and love it. Can’t imagine not having a Mustang in some iteration in my garage.

      Oh wow....a '21 GT...color me jealous! My cousin still has the 1965 Mustang that his dad bought shortly before my cousins birth. Seems there always a great story about or involving a Mustang. Congrats on your awesome ride and thanks for watching!

    I bought a 2019 and it was already equipped with the adjustable exhaust, it wasn’t an option I was excited to pay $895 for......now after owning it for a year......my favorite feature of the car!!!

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  4 роки тому +1

      It was absolutely one of our favorite things about this car! Could have listened to it all day long! Congratulations on your purchase, we are jealous! Enjoy it and thanks for watching!

    I not only love this car, I love its legacy. The styling is so classic that Ford doesn’t even bother putting the blue oval brand plate on it because everyone, including non-car enthusiasts, knows it’s a Ford Mustang.
    I just got a ’21 GT Premium convertible in the same color (it’s called Rapid Red now). It’s my first Mustang after dreaming of owning one and it’s even better than I thought it would be! The performance is fantastic as is the classic rumble from the Mustang exhaust system. What was a very pleasant surprise is how smooth and comfortable it is even in Sport mode, and it’s very quiet with the top up. Very doable for a cross-continent road trip. Yes, it’s classified as seating 4 adults, which is true as long as the adults in the rear seats are no more than 4 feet tall. (Nathan, how far did you push the passenger seat forward in order to get in the back?) Another pleasant surprise is the roomy trunk in spite of the top’s motor being back there (2 sets of golf clubs, shoes and overnight bags fit easily) and the hood vents are actually functional rather than just ornamental, helping to keep that fire-breathing engine nice and cool. I set the headlights and wipers to automatic so I can keep my focus on driving rather than fooling around with switches, and the adaptive cruise control is a must-have for city interstate driving. IMHO, there’s no better or more fun car on the road for the money. If you buy this car, you’ll never regret it!

      Congratulations on your new ride, we’re jealous! To answer your question, when I got in the back, I had the passenger seat moved up to the point where if I were sitting in it, my knees would have been close to grazing the glovebox. While I agree with you that the rear seats are only really usable/comfortable for shorter people, I’m 5’11 1/2” and you can see my head just barely grazes the headliner. We hope you get to take your Mustang GT on that continental trip real soon! Thanks for watching!

    Yep brought one of these in Australia, steering wheel is on the other side but otherwise basically the same, Australia versions come only in premium with the Brembo brakes. It's one of the few cars that makes me smile when I'm commuting to work. On long trips it's very comfortable which did surprise me over 9 hours in the car Melbourne to Sydney and was very comfortable. Good handling, adaptive cruise is fantastic on long trips - just a nice car that does drink a bit of fuel!

    Have a BMW series 6 convertible. It doesn’t sound like the mustang. So my next car is definitely going to be Mustang GT. love this car. My niece has one and I loved that. It sounds amazing and has plenty of kick in it. Wish I had one now. The BMW will do till next summer, then off to the Ford dealer in Kent (UK).
