Just ordered mines. Biggest debate was convertible or fastback And well I opted for an antimatter blue manual with blue stitching, fully loaded of course :) gets here DEC or JAN. Definitely the last v8 pony for God knows how long
Great call on the Antimatter Blue with that blue stitching, it's such a great combo! Guessing because you're on this video that you went with the convertible? :P
Effortless In Every Way. Mine Has The 5.0 Coyote Engine. You Hear The Exhaust, But The Engine Is Super Quiet. Overall Exquisite Gentleman’s Touring, Luxurious Sports Convertible!🧡❤️

A VERY PROFESSIONAL VIDEO. YOU STATED THAT THE REAR SEATS FOLDED DOWN IN THE CONVERTIBLE??? IS THIS NEW FOR 2022 NEVER BEFORE IN THE CONVERTIBLE BUT IN THE HARD TOP . PLEASE COMMENT. THANKS
Canadian fuel is possibly the worst in the world. It is disgusting knocking is a huge issue especially when climbing into the Rocky mountains. Had to use octain boosters in the Indian. Not required in the USA Australia Europe or other countries. Love this Mustang. That interior wow!. Nice review
Thanks! I've heard the same thing from people who are in EU or Australia. 95 min octane in other parts of the world and anything above 93 is next to impossible to find in Canada.
@@CarsWithSteve We even have 98! in Australia. Love the options you have especially that red interior wow. But at least we can buy a factory designed and built right hand drive Mustang here which is a huge improvement over an after market conversion. Mustangs have been hugely successful in Australia although most buy the coupe. Cheers
The cars must love that 98! Definitely a trade off between North American and EU builds though, we have way more options out this way. The RHD conversion would be great! A guy in a local car club has a Skyline R34 which I've always been a fan of
Curious Kheireddine have you had Pzero tires on your Mustang as well? Forums people are a 50/50 on which they prefer but apparently the Pilot 4s has a floating style feel for the first few months until they're broken in
HELP! Got my convertible 21 eco premium. When bringing top back up, there is a 2.5 inch gap to complete the closing. Therefore I need too pull down 2.5 inches before turning handle too lock. Too stiff for me too pull down. Witnessed dealer needing to put left hand on roof while pulling lever and needing too bring body off seat to accomplish. Note: when releasing the handle lock to prepare to push button to put roof down.. the top pops up 2.5 inches. Rented identical car this summer and no problem! Took vin to dealer and had car built. Dealer states car is working as it should even though I can’t close. Went to dealer today they had gt on lot and it reacted same as my car! Contacted ford and my rep doesn’t buy its right. One more visit to a different dealer service and I’m asking them too but it back. I CANNOT close the roof myself and you need too be a gorilla or bench 100 to accomplish this feat.
It’s wild that the roof is giving you so much trouble! I found that it takes a good tug to get it to drop to the point where you can latch it shut. If you’re having to throw your entire body weight into closing it there’s something up. Curious what happens at the other dealer
I have the feeling that this is the last Mustang with a V8. The next Gen will probably have a hybrid V6. To prevent engine knock, 89 octane is not enough, mine runs perfectly on 94 octane from Petro-Can.
I’m really curious what Ford’s plan is for the 2023. Apparently 2022 will be the last year in the current platform I can see a hybrid or fully electric being announced for it - maybe EcoBoost / V8 / Hybrid. I think Ford could pull from the Explorer and do a 2.3 Hybrid
@@AStanton1966 I read a few things saying that as well because of increase emission standards. Carbon offset probably. But a simple stage 1 tune or even a simple cold air intake will fix that and then some

@@CarsWithSteve it's only paid on import and new cars. Used cars not, because the tax has already been paid by the initial owner. But they of course keep that in mind when selling. But if I want to import a car from let's say Germany, I need to pay it as well, and otherwise it's paid through the dealer. But the argument can be made that we are already paying co2 tax for it through gas. Its 2.34 per liter for 98 (93 in US). More than half of the gas price is tax.
@@ryonnl That's a bit of a kick down under hah. Huge tax on the car being brought in and then huge fuel tax. I'm really curious what the dealer markup is like there now and if there's a demand for these cars
