Sadhguru, I, finished Inner Engineering and I love the practice and everything about Isha and your sayings. So I decided to try for a week the vegetarian diet, and focused on NOT cooking anything, just feel the liveliness of each bite. It worked out well. But I was still feeling lethargic, especially after lunch i was always sleepy. I know that my body needs to rest but not sleep, but my eyes were so heavy that I napped for 20 mins per day. I just want to see if I can surpass the napping or is it okay to nap for 20 mins

Sadhguru, I, finished Inner Engineering and I love the practice and everything about Isha and your sayings. So I decided to try for a week the vegetarian diet, and focused on NOT cooking anything, just feel the liveliness of each bite. It worked out well.
But I was still feeling lethargic, especially after lunch i was always sleepy. I know that my body needs to rest but not sleep, but my eyes were so heavy that I napped for 20 mins per day.
I just want to see if I can surpass the napping or is it okay to nap for 20 mins
