Sadhguru, I, finished Inner Engineering and I love the practice and everything about Isha and your sayings. So I decided to try for a week the vegetarian diet, and focused on NOT cooking anything, just feel the liveliness of each bite. It worked out well. But I was still feeling lethargic, especially after lunch i was always sleepy. I know that my body needs to rest but not sleep, but my eyes were so heavy that I napped for 20 mins per day. I just want to see if I can surpass the napping or is it okay to nap for 20 mins
My parents always compares me with other,,,, so I'm always trying to change each and every aspect of myself,,, so I lost myself,,, now I'm neither myself nor the other...feels like just want a break...
