I really enjoyed how you broke down how you used it and not just a general how to. Great video.
I thought you will show how to use onX 🤣 still enjoyed the video. Thanks bud!
Awesome video. I’m in southeast pa which is extremely pressured on small lands. Taking the extra initiative to push deeper into the thicker stuff really makes a difference. A lot of good tips in your vid. Look forward to more!

If you are on a budget you can use Google earth for the scouting aspect, it's not good for anything else hunting related like the blood tracking of this app and other useful features but it can get you in the right place and likely where onxhunt gets their images.
I use it to track game trails and cover on my own property here in Texas, the birds eye view reveals far more than what we see at ground level.
I also used it a lot when I lived in Florida to find gator holes deep in the state forests that could never be found otherwise, that was for photography.
It can also be great for hunting hogs as well because you can see areas where they do a lot of rooting and trails that go through thick brush that deer can't use.
The app has a lot of extra stuff that's great for hunting, but if you need to save money Google earth is great for prescouting a area.

Get to the point. Is this not click baited "How To Use...?"
As the title states, It's how I use it in PA, not how to use it in general.
You may want to tell people that they charge for using the app.
public land hunter here.. GREAT VIDEO .. the word in the woods is Pennsylvania has BIG BUCKS and DOES . here in Minnesota too.😊😎💯🦌🦌🎯🎯🏕👍😎
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Very helpful.
Good info. Love onX app. Thanks for sharing.
I love that "Public Land Owner" t-shirt. Most of us so easily forget this land is our land. Where do I get one?
It's from the Backcountry Hunter and Angler association.
What is your broadhead choice if you could only choose one for the rest of your life .
Thank you for all these tips I love your videos
Magnus Buzzcut or Black Hornet SerRazor. Awesome heads from an awesome company.
We hunt that piece in rifle season.
I watched two full ads for this! Worth it!
You're a good man. Nay, a great one.
Hi.
What county do you hunt on?
GREAT T-Shirt.
Great perspective Nate!
Awesome video man thank you. I hunt smaller public land in SE PA and this was really helpful in confirming some things I already suspected. Keep up the good work!
I live in central Pennsylvania lol
Me too! And just starting out hunting. Need all the help I can get. I'm completely lost at what to do.
Just a question how accurate is this app with property lines
It's very close if not exact. Definitely allows you to get to the area where you might see obvious lines of difference at the least. Things like corner posts, posted signs, painted markings, etc.
@@averagejackarchery thanks for the reply..👍
It's only as accurate as the GPS in your phone which may vary from one area to another. Apps like this are good for general information but they're not always updated and they are not accurate down to the foot. Surveyors don't use cell phones when they lay out property lines.
thanks for taking us outside with you!
