    Just did this job. Do not under estimate the amount of force that may be required to get them to break loose. I used PB blaster, 3lbs sledge and cheater pipe......and did a lot of cussing. On the pitman arm I even had to put heat on it. This was in Texas so there was not a lot of rust. I really appreciate the video. Thank you.

    Just finished complete front suspension kit from you guys...great value!! Lots of informative videos, unfortunately I lost my paper included with parts, and you online help was wrong, and it’s almost impossible to search you video archive (for me anyway). Your online videos made the sale! I hope you guys can work on a online catalogue for your videos

    I want to get a frond end rebuild kit for my 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2WD but I noticed the one 1A sells says 4WD does that matter? or will it still work the same. Also I love your videos, much better than getting burned at a dealership.

    Question about the nut joining the idler arm to the bracket part. When I tighten this nut down, The idler arm seems to be too tight and it won't swivel on the bracket part. Do I back the nut off so it can swivel, or will the nut be too loose? 7:50 on the video. Thanks.

      Our steering and suspension components come pre-greased, sealed for long life, and do not require the extra maintenance typically required by greasable versions. The kit you purchased is listed for your 2005 Suburban 1500 as long as it has a 4 Groove pitman arm. +Matthew Hoffmann

      +K g Thanks for watching! The passenger side tire was left on for this procedure, so you do not have to remove it. A 2-jaw puller will be easier to use based on what you are grappling to, but you could make a 3-jaw work! www.1aauto.com

    I find it unusual that you said the bushing wore out because someone didn't grease it regularly but here your TRQ parts rarely come with grease zerks.

    • @1AAuto
      @1AAuto  3 роки тому

      +Make It Mike The original style is greasable with the zerk fitting. Our parts are pregreased which does not require maintenance like the OE style. Thanks for checking us out!

      @@1AAuto being able to grease it is what makes them last longer. A sealed oil pan on an engine advertised as maintenance free and unable to change the oil is not going to be a long life engine.
