    I eat all the dough and lose 3kg a week! Delicious and simple dough without flour. A healthy cake made of oatmeal, blueberries and apples. A quick dietary dessert, you can eat this cake and lose weight.
    Ingredients:
    oatmeal 130g (1 1/2 cups)
    hot water 240ml (1 cup)
    1 apple
    2 eggs
    natural yogurt 120g (1/2 cup)
    sugar 36g (3 tbsp)
    vanilla oil 5ml (1 tsp)
    melted butter 60g (1/4 cup)
    baking powder 14g (1 tbsp)
    blueberries 100g (1/2 cup)
    cake mold 30cm (11 inches)
    bake at 180C (350F) for 45-50 minutes
    Preparation:
    Pour over the oatmeal with hot water and set aside for 10 minutes. After this time, add the yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla oil, melted butter and baking powder. Mix thoroughly and add the diced apple and blueberries. Stir and pour into a pan greased with butter or oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 45-50 minutes. Bon Appetit!
