came here to double check other reviewers and i'm glad to see that the company that makes these takes criticism well. i'm gonna order one too, there's a shocking lack of vertical mice in the gaming space so it's nice to see experimentation like this.
Yeah, it's cool that they don't flip out about critique. But it's also and issue that they don't learn from their errors. After repeated mislabeling in the ads and unauthorized usage of video footage one would have hoped they knew better. The mouse is good though :D
Just got mine, and it seems there have been some update since this review. The switches are Kailh tactile blue, there's a metal trigger replacement included, the base is now held tighter by friction and though I haven't opened the mouse to check the battery, they still claim it's 800mAh Edit: Just opened it to check and yeah, battery's still 600mAh
Thanks for the review. Videos for casual gamers seem to be more popular. Keyboards, gaming mice, headphones. Counter-Strike, Warzone, PUBG - have a large audience. And reviews of new gaming devices are always interesting.
I am glad you like it =) While casaul topics appeal to more people, the space is also more crowded with more competition^^ As my video aren't exactly personality driven, I will stick to my niche I think :P

This product should introduce himself not only as a gamer mouse but also as an ergonomic mouse. (for people who have pain in carpa tunnal)

Although I like the Ragnok and other pistol mice better than the Logitech MX vertical, I settled now with the latter at work, because I was knees deep in the Logitech Unifying eco system already anyways and now can cross use their dongle. Also the mouse won't interfere with dress code & the mouse configurator doesn't interfere with IT policy. Still, adapting to the MX Vertical took me two months. Adapting to any pistol mouse or the Ragnok 2 in particular took me 10 minutes. The Ragnok 2 is indeed a neat ergo solution =)

Glad the video was useful to you :D Recently I suffered a Tenosynovitis and then I used the Ragnok 2 at work for a month or so, which worked well. Also I lend it to a coworker at office who had his carpal tunnel operated. He also liked it. Overall there were vertical mice which I liked more for office work (clicking fields in MS Excel and such) like the FPSGUN FG-1000. But the Ragnok 2 is nice for gaming and I never regretted getting it :D
Huh, it's actually nice to see them changing things from your words alone. As you said, it would've been easy to sweep you under the rug due to your size. So kudos to them for that. A bit of an irony, they've changed website design and shows that they carry some kind of box black switch, but they advertise it now being sold with blue clicky switches.
While I appreciate them going away from linear key switches I think it's stupid doing so silently and without sticker on the tin. In the end customers have no clue what they are getting, especially when they are buying old or used stock.
@@Boojakascha 100%, they are for sure having a PR conflict, seems that information is hardly traded between designers, PR team and whoever is making the mouse. They need to step up their game for sure. Sweden is now getting them in for stock, so I assume it will simply be new stock without any old, but I doubt that will go true for Amazon buyers or other stores that has stock of the old ones. First declared wrong switches with wrong pictures. Fixed it after you contacted them. Now they have assumingly the correct switches as advertised... But now the picture is wrong again, showing a black one that isn't even the same as the one in yours!

Great review! I just picked one up and waiting for it to arrive. Curious about something. When you opened it up, how much empty space was inside the grip? I plan on swapping the Cherry MX switch out for a shorting actuating tactile switch but I also want to look into putting in a LiPO filament battery (it might not fit, mouse dimensions are almost at same size) and possibly some smaller haptic vibration motors on the inner grip walls.

Do not order one of these. The company is a scam. They sent me old, returned product that was not what was advertised on their website. It arrived opened and they don't tell you until much back and forth emailing that they can't offer a full refund, but will give $10 for you to peddle it to someone else.
I will never understand these "gun" mice. It doesn't look as comfortable nor as practical as using a mouse or a light gun. I guess it's just a matter of preference and/or compromise.

I can't quite remember, but my gut feeling is that it was pretty densely packed (not much air left).

Yes, those are soldered, but the quality of the PCB is fine. You can de-solder the switches conveniently =)
