Only Bungie games allow you to stick an enemy Banshee with a Plasma grenade and the debris fall down and hit the enemy flag carrier and his escort buddy for the crispy triple kill. Here in Destiny, you got the grapple that allows for plays like the first one. That is why I’ll always pick Halo and Destiny over “I got 500 attachments on my gun and my killstreaks play for me” CoD.
@darkside7802 Halo and Destiny are on a whole other spectrum compared to most FPS games.

18:50 with the guy getting slapped out of his super. Cammy went over something like this and it seems to be what he figured out. If you ever obstruct the hunter from where he threw his knife, he won't zip to it. I.E. if you throw a glacier grenade in the way so that the hunter would have to travel through it to get to the knife, he won't travel. This MIIIIGHT have been because the warlocks... body?... was in the way? I'm unsure. But Cammy goes into detail about a counter for it if you wanna look into that.
It makes sense since blink is similar in not being able to teleport through walls/ objects
Makes sense though strangely enough the super can be used for oob shenanigans where the knife is thrown through a specific spot of the window frame / wall in the new raid and the teleport works without line of sight (oc the spaghetti code might define line of sight differently than the player 🤷♀️).
I think the Melee shoved them inf ront of the knife so they couldn't teleport yeah.

18:40 I think if you interrupt the super at all it just doesn’t go off. I’ve timed stasis rifts well enough to freeze the hunter and they don’t even have the super damage resistance anymore, you can just one-shot them

19:11 If I'm not mistaken the super got cancelled because the hunter doesn't teleport if they lose line of sight with the destination. In this case the warlock's body was close enough and in the right place to stop the teleport
or maybe it bounced into the hallway?
6:23 Looks like the Witness has a damaging aura called Resonant Miasma to prevent climbing on it. Maybe if you have restoration x2 before jumping on?

This week I worked out that on prismatic you can snap skate with blink. I can't do much with it but feed my brains out, but maybe someone can do something cool with this info.

Fun fact that was funny to me last night. The Hunters new Arc Super can and will make them fall to their death if they kill you on the edge of the map and the void. Only wished I had been recording it
The super at 19 minutes is blocked because the enemy player blocked the LoS. I think Cheese Forever posted a video about it.

Pretty sure that what happened at 18:30 is "losing line of sight". You can stop the Storm's Edge TP with a stasis crystal after the blade has been thrown and before the hunter disappears. What I am guessing just happened is that the warlock walking forward "blocked" the line of sight and cancelled the teleport. The melee probably had nothing to do with it. That's my guess !
The melee may well have lunged the Warlock into position to body-block it there, actually.

There's so many times I get one shot by a granade but my opponents somehow always walk away after getting hit, it's ridiculous

That's actually where the raid takes place. The monolith IS the Witness. The point of the raid is separating the Witness from the Traveler.

18:25 Storms Edge has an EXTREMELY strict Line of Sight check tied to its teleport, if this check fails for even the most mundane of reasons the teleport will cancel after the initial animation plays. In this clip I believe the knife ended up on the other side of that archway lip after hitting the melee lunging warlock, which failed the LoS check and left our poor hunter high and dry.
I think the Warlock's melee lunged them right into the path, that's how it looks to me. But yeah, Storm's Edge is really strict about not doing the Blink over if you get blocked post-toss.

18:25 if you block the line of sight between the knife and whoever threw it, it will cancel the teleport. The melee perfectly put there character model in the way

I notice the slova bomb has a strong tendency to go after fast movement. It seems to have a similar mechanic as controller reticle friction where someone sliding in the back can pull your aim off your target. That vandal was sprinting past behind the brig and thus likely pulled the nova's AA / auto tracking off the brig that was very stationary.
That Nova bomb said "Swerve!"
18:41 warlock's body broke line of sight with the knife by meleeing forward (breaking line of sight cancels storm's edge; really easy to do with a glacier grenade)

I feel _SO BAD_ for the teammate who burned their Stasis super, thinking they're gonna get a good hit on the enemy team, only to hit literally nothing because Consecration annihilated them already.
Shaxx's voice sounds so perfect I'm a little bummed he didn't shout "OLE!!" after that six-man one-shot.

The sentinel shield; They buffed it's tracking and target acquisition with Final Shape. But GOD DAYUMN that's spicy ricochet
They completed a crucible bounty when they did that. With the release of the final shape they removed bounties from the ritual vendors so this was from before the Final Shape launched.
