I was never able to get a very good roll on the old one but I did get your DSR KC last weekend with Arrowhead/FullBore, Ricochet/High Cal, and a Handling MW and it feels great, even with Full Bore.
Target Lock is kinda meh most of the time. It does come in clutch sometimes when dealing with overshields but I rarely come across shields in this current hunter/warlock meta. Also, tbf, it's not like there are better options in that column anyways. I guess kill clip if you're someone who plays lots of 6's or Rumble

Antiope D is great but it is a different slot than Shayura. I like options so having a good SMG in both Kinetic and Energy slot I find works best for me.

Play dares of eternity and craft one it isn't hard 😭 One of the easiest eager edge weapons excluding fallen guillotine in the free event right before final shape
Not really a fan of target lock on this one. With enhanced it will get a .7 up to tier 6 res, but most people are running at least 7 to counter non PI 120s. Above 6 target lock only lets you hit an extra body shot which is way worse then either kill clip or tap the trigger

Because Bungie knows everyone wants zen so they probably gave it like a 5% chance to drop. That's how they extend play time. The more desirable the perk, the less chance of it dropping.
I have tested all versions and yes new one is better because not only does it have way more roll combos but most importantly... deterministic recoil so yes new version is worth grinding for

It´s easier now actually, just sometimes you just get unlucky streaks with bad teammates doing pinnacle farms or something. But if you stick at it you´ll get flawless for sure, also you have 2 mercys now so that is nice.
