Omg I’d been watching your tik tok of this bubble over and over trying to figure out how you made it transparent so this video was a wonderful surprise, thank you!
this is SUCH a great tutorial thank you so much!!! I had to watch in slowed down .75 speed for a few parts and go back a BUNCH but i'm so proud of my bubbles!! I found you instagram and i'm so excited to be here learning how to use ProCreate!! thank you!!
I just watched, went back, watched went back like 10 times before I finally got it. This was a great tutorial, love it. Maybe I’ll be back for a question, thanks
Oh! I saw your TikTok on UA-cam (lol) and never knew how to do it, so did it for myself. Instead of doing the black layer underneath, I just select the filled-in circle, select it, then blur. Then you just delete the filled in circle when you are done
i had this as well, make sure when youre in the select tool youre on automatic and add, mine had color fill on and was on freehand and then when i clicked clear it cleared the whole image
Love this tutorial. Just one question, I am getting a ring showing through from the original white circles. Any idea how I can change something? I'm following your instructions to a tee but mine is blurring way too much at the same %.
Have you tried using the Gaussian Blur on your white perfect circle with alpha lock turned on? I think it could save you time on all the selection process… but I’m not sure! Thanks for a great video
Love this. But it seems everytime I go to duplicate and blur the first time, I'm seeing these absolute intolerable lines left from the first circle drawn. I'm doing exactly as you are but im still having issues. Any idea how to get rid of those lines?
So I press select, automatic, invert (do not have color fill selected) go back to the other layer and press clear. When I duplicate it, it is not transparent. ??
I’m still having issues with the bubbles every time I clear it, it clears the whole bubble. I’ve already tried what the previous comments suggested. Plz help! :(
GOW SEE AN is how you say Gaussian Blur, Carl Gauss was a mathematician who came up with this blur, it’s all math equations❤❤❤ I like your way of doing these Matte bubbles. 😊

Hi! Are you inverting your selection so that the outside contents are selected and not the bubble itself?
GOW SEE AN is how you say Gaussian Blur, Carl Gauss was a mathematician who came up with this blur, it’s all math equations❤❤❤ I like your way of doing these Matte bubbles. 😊
Thank you, I saw this on tik tok and for the life of me couldn’t work it out.
mine isn’t going it and i followed it step by step ☹️
“Sadie brush”? Sorry I’m new to this
It’s a custom brush I made for Procreate! I just named after my cat 😹 but I’ve also linked it in the description if you want to check it out :)
My bubble didn’t work near as good is it because of my brush
It was bonfire night so it was hard to see the tutorial
Toooooo fast!!!
Sorry girly but this is not for beginners. Too many steps not explained.
