- It was just another day of checking traps… but THEN everything changed once I laid eyes on my prize. The worlds largest possum. Man kind has never seen the type of mass that this creature had. Months of eating the finest laying hens and staying in 4 star brush pile hotels has made him so large he barely was recognizable as a possum and could have been easily mistaken for a young black bear. But alas it was an old warrior possum. May he rest in peace and eat all the heaven chicken he can hold.

@@Grissom_Outdoors there are videos of baby possums eating grapes or bananas or pea pods. Cutest thing ever! Possum is a big tick eater and they are an interesting animal.
@@bethpemberton7980 they are indeed very interesting unfortunately in this case he was eating chickens so according to the landowner that’s a crime that is punishable by death

I weighed a pretty big one about the same size today and he weighed 7.5 pounds
